I got my new bike jawa roadster on 24-Aug-2025.
I am writing to inform you that I have handed over my Roadster bike to Naman Auto Ride showroom on 24- Aug due to a gear-related issue. The specific problem is that I am unable to shift the bike into neutral,
1. The overall gear functionality is not working as expected
2. Gear neutral issue.
3. If the bike is on 1st gear but on the screen it's showing neutral.
Note : The showroom manager told me that it's a software glitch.
As per the discussion with the team at Naman Auto Ride (Nerul Navi Mumbai), I was informed that the bike will be sent to the Panvel showroom for further inspection and necessary replacement.
On 25th Aug, They told me that the issue had been resolved but when I went there to collect my bike and found that the issue still persisted. Again I handover my bike to Naman Auto on the same day 25- Aug - 2025.
Total kms i ridden this 35kms
Don't know how to approach the consumer form and refund.

This bike now has more better look and features. This feeling is wow when you ride the bike…. Now the feature is also more advanced and the mileage is also good …. The Light is slightly low on the highway ….. built quality is good….. it's the best price bike and the segment…. This feeling is best for me …. Service cost and centre are less that’s the main problem

I bought the yezdi roadster 2025 and this is my first bike , the power of the bike is very good , the design and comfort is extraordinary , mileage we can't talk because as we know this isn't a mileage bike , it gives around 25 to 28 kmpl , this bike gives you a good road presence , It's a good bike but can't say it's a perfect bike. Here are the problems I faced
Problem 1 : Build quality (welding and other plastic parts )
Problem 2 : Heating (can't ride in cities without shoes)
Problem 3 : Radiator sound(more loud than the exhaust)
Problem 4 : Stalling ( while going in 30-40 kmph it stalls and disturbs the ride experience , every time I start at the starting of day, this stops after the first ride )
Problem 5 : No modern features
Problem 6 : Not easily available accessories for this bike
Problem 7 : Vibrations more than usual

everything is fine but the only negatives in this bike is radiator fan sonds very loud, I hope it will be alright after 1st service and pillion comfort is imposible without backrest, overall bike's road presence is upto mark personally i enjoy the ride in this bike very comfortable posture for rider, but the suspension is stiff, but not an problems in city rides.

Riding comfort and balance are good, faster pickup and sound are awesome, and handling is better. Look at the road presence and exterior weight is 194 kg.

Best good looking bike & seating is comfortable. I am satisfied at this price and love this bike. This bike design was awesome with a killer performance. Best bike in this Segment. The Yezdi Roadster bike is the best bike while riding it's feels like the monster got me and bike sound is so much good. Overall best bike
