Absolutely superb, I have ridden himalayan and yezdi adventure both for 3 months, based on this experience I will vote for yezdi adventure, because of these points,
1, ride quality, 2. Engine refinement, 3, seating comfort, 4, road stability, 5, features on offers 6, riding position, range on offer 7 connectivity on offer, 8 pillion comfort,9, usb phone charging as standard,10, decent wind blasting. These are my honest opinion, definitely, the bike is just awesome to ride, easily you can ride 1000kms per day without any issues, they say suspension setup is too hard but for Indian road conditions it works fine no doubt about it.

    • Go for it if you want a powerful and comfortable touring machine

      Anand

The buying experience was good. The process was smooth and yezdi adv was delivered to me with a delay of 15 days (not much of an issue but thought of mentioning it).
      Performance and comfort :
      -----------------------------------------
You easily cruise at 100 kmph on this bike all day long. At 100 to 110 kmph the engine revs at 5.5k to 6k rpm at 6th gear without any stress. There are no vibrations at these speeds. The torque delivery is linear. So you won't feel any abrupt power delivery. Above 6k rpm the bike picks up speed really quickly till 140 kmph, the sweet spot is between 105 kmph to 125 kmph.
The bike pulls really nicely till 7500 to 8000 rpm. On highways, the bike really performs well.
If you are in 6th gear you may need to gear down to 5th or 4th for quick overtakes.
      Seat comfort
      -------------------------------
Seats are really comfortable for both riders and pillions. I did not feel any back pain in long rides, the same feedback I got from pillions. I was able to easily do 150 to 160 km in one go without breaks.
      Mileage and service cost
      ----------------------------------------
I am getting a mileage of 30 to 35 kmpl on highways, I mostly ride at speeds between 70 to 110 kmph.
1st servicing has been done and I am satisfied. Service interval is 6 months or 6k km. Free service will cost around 1500 to 2000 rupees, and paid service will cost 700 to 800 rs more.
Engine smoothness has increased after 1st service.
      Headlight and breaks
      -------------------------------
Headlights are decent for cities and highways. But if you mostly travel at night you may need aux lights. Breaks both front and rear and perform really well.
      Pros :
      - good power and excellent highway speeds
      - decent offloading capabilities
      - excellent seats and riding comfort
      - good mileage for 300cc + engine
      - good built quality
      Cons
      - spoke wheels
      - service network.

    • Yezdi adventure review an exciting ride with a few caveats

      Archit

      Rating: 3.5/5
Having spent the last two months with the Yezdi adventure, I'm ready to share my experience with this motorcycle. From the buying process to the riding experience, and everything in between, here's what you need to know:
The buying experience was relatively smooth, with dealerships providing adequate information and assistance. However, availability may vary, so it's advisable to check with multiple dealers before making a purchase.
When it comes to riding, the Yezdi adventure truly excels. Its powerful engine ensures thrilling performance, delivering quick acceleration and impressive speed. Handling is smooth and refined, making it a pleasure to navigate through different terrains. The bike's stylish looks and attention to detail also make it stand out from the crowd.
On the downside, some riders have reported feeling the heat on their right leg during longer rides. This discomfort can be attributed to the bike's design and may require adjustments for a more comfortable experience. Additionally, a few owners have faced rusting issues, emphasizing the need for regular maintenance and protective measures.
Speaking of maintenance, servicing, and upkeep is crucial for optimal performance. While the bike doesn't require frequent servicing, it's essential to follow the manufacturer's recommendations to ensure longevity and reliability.
In summary, the Yezdi adventure offers an exciting riding experience with its powerful performance and attractive design. However, it does have some drawbacks, such as the heat felt on the right leg and potential rusting issues. Nevertheless, with proper care and adjustments, these issues can be mitigated. If you're seeking a thrilling ride and are willing to invest in maintenance, the Yezdi adventure could be a suitable choice.

    • Yezdi Adventure Tornado Black

      Joel

In the initial days, I was a little hesitant about the bike as the older OBD2 engine had a lot of issues. The initial worries had moved once I brought and started riding. Though the bike was heavy and hard to handle at first and had several drops during the initial days, the bike never felt hard to ride or provided any discomfort during all these times. The build quality is amazing, even after dropping it multiple times, it didn't even have any bends or breaks in the levers. Apart from this, tho there is improvement in heating management, there is still noticeable heat when you ride it through city traffic during peak sunny days, and it is crawling. The brakes on this bike are phenomenal and on point; it gets a good bite. The suspension is on a little softer side, tho it doesn't lock up on medium bumps or potholes. The initial pick-up and torque have been improved on the first 4 gears, tho it is a little lazy at the 5th and 6th gear when the rpm is below 3.6k. The visor is good and sturdy. I have been getting consistent 30 kmpl+ mileage in the bike, tho sometimes during harsh driving it drops to 23 kmpl. The seats are well cushioned and a little soft. It has got that road presence of a big bike, though it is not a bulky one; it is still long-wheelbase, according to me. It has a decent turning radius, too. The service experience is good, and I have done the 2nd service; the bike runs smoothly. Tho there are some noticeable buzzing or vibrations in the cockpit when you give throttle at rpm range of 3.4k and the buzz stays there till 3.8 to 4k rpm. Above that, there is no Buzz or noticeable vibration for me. Tho the showroom's access is limited and spare parts are only available on an order basis, I would say it is a pretty good adventure tourer. It is pretty hard to keep clean, as dust and all are pretty noticeable in the tornado black colour. I love the sound it makes when you remove the dB killer it has, and I would not prefer riding without db killer as long-term exposure to that sound may result in hearing loss over time. It's pretty loud. It's an amazing bike at this price range, with good power and torque; it has more of a linear delivery, according to me.

      Dr. Mohan Srivastava

The overall bike was good for highway and city rides.
Its superb powerful engine and riding comfort are too good.
I drive daily hundred km in a city like Lucknow with no tiredness feeling. With a little smoothening of edges, performance is good, ride & design, it has a lot of potentials. Even now, it offers good off-road capability and decent all-around performance.

    • You will not regret after buying this.! best in this segment.!

      Sachin Inamdar

People nowadays are obsessed with brands. Maybe sometimes the old brands are the best ones to trust.! However, if you ask me, don’t just go with what everyone says. Feel it, ride it, and express it.!
I made the decision of upgrading my bike since I always dreamt of owning a strong machine. When searching in the market and considering our Indian roads, I felt the adv segment is the best.! I rode multiple bikes and then caught my eye on yezdi adventure.!
At first, I thought there is nothing new, but when I went for a test ride then I didn’t think twice. This machine is a powerhouse.! you feel you are riding a vehicle that has a great amount of power and comfort.!
Trust me guys, it’s been close to 10 months and I have ridden around 8000 kms. You will simply love this bike.!
I literally ride it every day to my office and have even been on long rides.! comfort is next level.! you won’t feel tired even after riding for 150kms straight. Not promoting here but giving my honest opinion.
      Pros:
      • amazing looks which will make people turn back and check out the bike.
      • digital meter makes your life simpler, with accurate routes, fuel indicator(shows the distance which can be traveled), Bluetooth, and charging option.
•braking system is at the best.! crazy
      • suspension is mind-blowing.! even the pillion rider will sit at ease.
      • power is great.!
•very good seats and the three abs modes will certainly help in adjusting according to the need.!
      Cons:
•don’t ever try to go far with normal pants and slippers.! engine produces heat on the right leg side.
•milage is around 25-26 km/l which will burn your pocket.
      • in traffics, go back to the first gear since you can’t drive it easily in 2 or 3 gear. (slow-moving traffic)
      • don’t be surprised if the tire gets punctured in 1-2 months. This is the greatest fear for sure.
•no center stand and this might be sometimes annoying when you are traveling long distances.
      • service stations are fewer and there might some limitations in getting proper service.
Overall, I would still vote for this monster over Himalayan.

    • A true adventure monster! yezdi has got a winner in hand

      Satish Acharya

This bike is a real monster in every sense of it. Think of any terrain, long rides, or off-roading, this monster can take all of it under its stride. The only condition is that you should be conditioned, yourself to tame and maneuver it because it has its own character and personality. A genuine recommendation, however, does some weight training before you go for it.

    • Yet another raging monster - worth the rush for adventure!

      Satish Acharya

The yezdi brand surely has taken the biking technology and experience, a notch higher.
Undoubtedly, they surely have a winner in hand - since it seems the mahindra-owned classic legends, yezdi brand has vowed to take, until now, the undisputed segment leader, royal Enfield head-on, in almost all aspects! and it seems to be gaining momentum big-time!!
I have been riding a re-classic 500 and, were and continue to be a strong advocate of the rebrand however, here I find here yet another strong contender, eyeing the big daddy bikers throne!
And guess what, it never fails to gratify the much-anticipated adrenaline rush in the biker's nerves!

    • Yezdi Adventure BS6 2 Model 2024 one month REVIEW

      Prithviraj Jana

      Pros:
      1. Great handling of traffic.
      2. Riding posture is very good. I am 5.7, and I can handle the bike very well.
      3. Very comfortable, cushioning of seats could be better. Seats are large enough for rider and pillion
      4. Power, torque, and pick-up are sufficient.
      5. Have a company-fitted rack for side panniers and rear panniers. A windscreen is also company fitter, sump guard, and Radiator guard are company fitted.
      6. Got a 50% off on tank guard from RC Enterprise l, Vadodara.
      7. The engine is smooth and vibrations are much less
      8. Exhaust sounds great. Bike dynamics are also nice and stable.
      9. Digital meter with Bluetooth connectivity is good. Have turn-by-turn navigation when connected to an app.
      10. Have 3 riding modes, mileage calculator with Trip A and Trip B. Charging socket is provided c type and USB
      11. Shock absorbers are also nice. Fit and finish are also good.
      12. The Yezdi Jawa sales team is nice and has all the bikes available for a test drive. Very respectful towards customers. So don't be shy to go and check the bikes.
      13. No contenders in the segment considering the price point and features.
      14. Attractive EMI schemes.
      15. IT'S A VALUE FOR MONEY MOTORCYCLE
      Cons
      1. The Radiator exhaust position is designed poorly, heat comes on the right leg when riding in traffic. Could been channeled downstream.
      2. Spoke wheel, it's a plus and also a con as it comes with tube tyres.
      3. No main stand provided by the company. This is another big con to changing tubes or doing regular maintenance, having to tilt the vehicle, or have to get a separate stand. There are after-market options available for the main stand.
      4. Headlight brightness is very poor. Extremely disappointed. But can be upgraded.
      5. I feel the handle grips are quite thick, but I am adapting. Not a con.
      6. The petrol lid is not connected to the tank, so be careful when opening. Always hold the cal while opening, as it may fall on the tank and may damage the graphics or paint. Don't pull the cap with the key.
      7. The map is also not synchronized with Google Maps properly. Shows longer routes. Drains the phone battery very quickly.

Always carry spare tube while going on long rides, probably get an after market main stand installed. Keep chain lubed and clean at an interval of 400kms. Try to get the headlights upgraded. Always wear a pant while driving to protect yourself from the radiator heat in traffic. Always keep the RPM between 3k and 4k to get a better mileage. To enjoy the power, go above 4k, you will have fun.

      Vinay

The only condition is that you should be conditioned, yourself to tame and maneuver it because it has its own character and personality.

      Vinay

      Tips for other riders

Always carry spare tube while going on long rides, probably get an after market main stand installed. Keep chain lubed and clean at an interval of 400kms. Try to get the headlights upgraded. Always wear a pant while driving to protect yourself from the radiator heat in traffic. Always keep the RPM between 3k and 4k to get a better mileage. To enjoy the power, go above 4k, you will have fun.
