  • Very happy with yamaha saluto rx

I was shocked with my yamaha saluto rx, its 1 year old, i done with only 2 services still i am getting amazing mileage, on 1 Nov 2017 i have filled my tank 7.2lts, worth 530 rs/-, now as on 13 Nov 2017 i done with 511kms still 1ltr petrol remaining in my tank, you can assume that i am getting more then 82kmpl that mean 1 km= 0.90pic only/-.

I am very happy with my saluto rx . Thanks yamaha.

  • 2 year now my honest review from day to day life review for this bike

    Pradeep Prasad

I bought the saluto rx 110 in 2016, now reached two year. I have to say this bike is awesome for mileage , i got 84 kmpl while checking at once , moreover company claims 82kmpl. I am a lean person not much fat ,that makes me unable to handle most bikes stand or in central stand, but my bike weigh less means very lesser than most of the bikes on the road ,easy to handle and force to run and even central stand also myself to be ...Some dislikes also on this bike 1.The tyre and the size , is small ..And slippy sometime, which makes me fear on road while braking on higher speeds 2.Other than this , i don't feel any disadvantages from this bike. Yes one more, this bike is not suitable for very long rides because this bike makes hurt your back very well...But the ride is pleasantly enjoyable even on back-pain ,i love to ride this bike..The pros ,i mention below Pros 1. Superb corner handling because of less weight, that means performance handling on this bike is similar to some of the superior bikes 2.Ride quality is good on lower speeds, mostly we can feel it on city rides 3. Easily manageable to put central stand by one person 4.Awesome mileage, from my word its worth your pocket money under this huge petrol price hikes 5.Oil change can maximize to 4000km , a good service period for this model 4' clutch is good Oh i forget , some more dislikes 1. Headlight is not bright enough. So i forceful ly avoiding night time travels 2.Tubeless tyre and braking always done carefully while on road These dislikes , due to the cost cutting of the bike to put under 60,000rs range. So if u want to buy a bike , perfectly for mileage and ride quality and less weight....Then this is the one.

It is a perfect bike at this price . It has an amazing pickup it picks speed very fast and runs very smoothly. It can easily go to the speed of 80 kmph. It is good for all the situations it also gives a feel of sports bike at a low cost so it is perfect for the college going students. And i suggest everyone to purchase it if they have this budget

  • Nice bike in 50k range

    Aditya Sovani

    Style ok.

Engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox engine performance is well. Fuel efficiency is best (more than 80 kmpl). Gearbox has no issues it is working properly. Initial milage is very less but later on it is much more.

Ride quality & handling as it is lightweight bike, it is easy to ride.

Final words good bike in 50k-55k for milage.

Areas of improvement should provide front disc brake version.

    Pros

    milage

    cons

    no major issues

  • Good Bike

    Saaransh K.

I am now 2 months into riding the bike, and it has performed reasonably good. I brought it from vinayak yamaha in banglore, they are slow in their service & response. I am getting a mileage of 65 on average & the ride is smooth, pickup is good, balance and handling are good. Looks are average, like common bikes in this sector. The bike is very light, and so skids on heavy or sudden breaking. Its good for daily commute and occasional outings. 75km up and down in 1 trip, the bike reached 82kmph, and was stable.

  • Buttersmooth ride and good mileage

    Ag

Great commuter for cities and occasional highway indulgence. I was looking for a mileage bike and this one suits the purpose. About 65km per litre is roughly what i get. The ride is butter smooth and peppy for its class. Gear shifting is easy and don't feel the need for 5th gear. Looks wise its better than most bikes in its class. The blue colour is best as its helps highlight the bike against the dark roads especially in monsoon season when its gets dark due to black clouds. Braking is good, better than most bikes in its class. Comfort wise its good even for a 6ft guy like me although i am the only rider.

  • Salute to my saluto rx

    Abdurraheem

I was searching for a stylish mileage bike in 2016. I went on to all the showrooms in my city. Finally i came to know that yamaha saluto rx has been launched in 2016 with a mileage of 82 kms/ltr. I was admired at the stylish look of the matt black body of rx bike. Finally i bought it with pleasure. It achieved a constant mileage of 75 kms/ltr. It was nice to ride a weightless bike. The attraction of the matt black body never let me down from the pride of riding an unique bike. The greedy look of my neighbours and colleagues on my bike made me salute my saluto rx. Service before and after sale was fair. The only negative point about the bike is had to remind the petrol bankers each time to carefully let the petrol pipe in to the round hole placed in the petrol tank.

    1. Rate is ok 2. Balancing are great 3. Looks are good, headlight required to be powerful, for performance i am not getting mileage more than 40 to 45 kmpl. & suffering with clutch & gear problem from day 1 to till date.4. Services are very bad & for maintenance i spend 20 to 25000 till date. Parts are not available. I wrote mail to company but they are not responding. Problem not resolved by service centre till date, Outsider mechanic can resolve problem temporary but in authorised service centre mechanic are not capable to resolve problem like outsiders mechanic also.

  • Good Bike

    Vskprasad

I was shocked with my yamaha saluto rx, its 1 year old, i done with only 2 services still i am getting amazing mileage, on 1 Nov 2017 i have filled my tank 7.2lts, worth 530 rs/-, now as on 13 Nov 2017 i done with 511kms still 1ltr petrol remaining in my tank, you can assume that i am getting more then 82kmpl that mean 1 km= 0.90pic only/-.

I am very happy with my saluto rx . Thanks yamaha.
