this bike is just awesome, i took it for a ride of 300 kms and my friends told me that my back will pain like hell but the riding posture is so good that i don't even felt a glitch on my back, the looks, well its an attractive mean machine which usually catches the attention on the road. it is a great bike if you like fast lifestyle plus a formal lifestyle. the first and second servicing cost me around rs. 1100-1600. the bike is great, the best in its price segment.

An extremely powerful and most good looking naked bike in this segment with few cons.
Mushir Nawaz Khan
Everything is good and fine except the 3 cons I want to count on are 1: The headlamps - Most of the Fz25 owners face difficulties in night riding because its headlamps aren't powerful enough. 2 : I felt the need of an extra gear in highway rides. Its a 5 gear transmission bike. 3 : Bike's speedometer doesn't display much information and it's quite a small LCD as compared to other bikes. In fact Fz 150 speedometer is big compared to Fz25. Rest everything is all Good. :) It's a honest review and maybe other fz25 owners may agree with me on these three points. Last but not the least I love my bike.

A new look which made the bike look larger , like a sports beast . The traditional fz with 250 cc is a huge upgrade . A new version i.E fz25-s v3 is going to launched soon with a marvelous changes in the diamond chasi . V3 has a separated pillion headlamp , a single seat will be given to this model . This would amaze you when you go for a long ride with this baby . You will be like a baby riding this beast . As you know yamaha bikes a less service/maintenance required bike . You enjoy the best in this price.

Looks Good but Yamaha does not let me Test ride
5 years ago

I went to yamaha dealer in Gurgaon for test ride. However he told me off and denied test ride on any of the bikes, MT15, FZ or R15. He said yamaha company does not assign dealers test ride vehicles. Customer have to buy the bikes without getting to test them. This is ridiculous thinking by Yamaha, how can they expect us to invest 1.5 lakh in their products without testing if the said product is right for us. I really wanted to own a Japanese made bike but it seems Yamaha does not care about Indian customers.

No doubt it is a best bike for city ride.Totally muscular looks.Low end performance is really good. For 1st service it cost me 1085 rs.Main problem with the bike is 6th gear(specially on highway) but i think engineers who developed the engine they had different approach about it. Love for fz25. Ride safe.

I took test drive and i am very impressed with the overall performance i m soon buying one for me. The bike is very study have very good grip looks very muscular and manly just love the design, the headlight is really sexy. With yamaha there is no issue of service and maintenance i have used yahama bikes before also do i know there no problem with service and maintenance. The only issue with fz25 is that, if there is less petrol in the tank than it gives jerks.

Looks Good but Yamaha does not let me Test ride

I went to yamaha dealer in Gurgaon for test ride. However he told me off and denied test ride on any of the bikes, MT15, FZ or R15. He said yamaha company does not assign dealers test ride vehicles. Customer have to buy the bikes without getting to test them. This is ridiculous thinking by Yamaha, how can they expect us to invest 1.5 lakh in their products without testing if the said product is right for us. I really wanted to own a Japanese made bike but it seems Yamaha does not care about Indian customers.
