Reviews of Yamaha FZ S FI

I have been using this bike for the last 6 months and done approx. 4000 kms on it. Performance is good as per commuter segment, I get around 38 km/l in traffic and 44 km/l on highways. Build quality is average and does not rattle at high speeds. Engine is smooth as well. It goes smoothly till 90 km/h. Above that it struggles to reach its top end . Overall a good product.

Available at average price.....It feels good in comparison to other 150 cc range bikes.......This bike is very comfortable to drive.....It gives 40 kmpl mileage in towns......Other bikes in 150 cc range,like pulsar 150 or apache 160....Fzs v3.0 is good than both of them........In luks it is not better than fzs v2....Because fzs series looks more aggressive...But here not.....Servicing is very good.....Pickup is great.....Get pick up in few seconds. Overall, my experience......In 150 cc bikes.....Thik bike is best!

Negatives: Disappointed with the parts which was used in it, with in 8000km changed spark plug and front disc pad. With in four to six months rear tyre got punctured. Mono suspension not well functioning on single riding. Positives:Good looking, stylish design, love to ride for a long trip, no back or wrist pain on 50km and above.After 12000km, am getting 51km/litter. Low engine sound for a peaceful riding.

Riding experience is very good. Look is average compare to other computing bikes. Gtt mode is not good suddenly raising rpm and it sound's terrible. Bike looking bulky comfort is very good and ABS is very good stopping power and only rear brake is good not good that much like other bikes comparatively overall bike is good.

Writing this review after using it for more than 6 months. Bike is only good in looks. Performance wise its very poor. Facing the issue of engine abnormal noise. Engine noise is perfectly fine at cold condition but once I drive it for 10 - 15 min, there is abnormal noise coming from engine. Feels like something is running loose in engine. Its very irritating. Shown it to two different dealership but they are not able to resolve it. Brake light went off during first six months for which they charged me. Not happy with this bike at given price range.

Its really amazing bike of fz version 3 its look is very impressive..... Good ride but prize is little bit more for middle class people bike has a great performance. Its monster look is amazing. Very soon fz v4 will be launch and price and mileage will better than this version so that's my opinion for this bike.

The bike is extremely good in maintenance. Buying was super smooth. Looks are great. I am down to the 7th service now and I can feel the pressure in the handle bar and mirror blurring a bit when I go above 70 km/h. Is someone also facing this problem? Otherwise I don't see many issues in the bike. I get mileage of atleast 48 km/l. Driving is super smooth till 70 km/h.

I brought a bike in November 2019, I had damn confidence in Yamaha bike quality and service quality.
As I expected bike quality is good and mileage also good enough, I never compared my bike with any other model or brand because I feel satisfied with that bike.
But after every service, I keep on facing issues like,
1. Chain sprocket keep on loose - in 2 years 2 times used to change chain sprocket ( 18k km)
2. While installing the yamaha charge port in the yamaha service center, the technician removed the pilot light connection and connected it to the charger port. They did not even have knowledge of wiring or installation.
3. Without fuel injector cleaning, they charge an amount for fuel injector cleaning during paid service but they do not share the report of my fuel injector and engine.
4. During disc brake pad change, slightly bent the disc and have rubbing sound after brake pad installation.
5. After changing the accelerator cable, not routing the cable properly,
6. In general service is not even lubricating properly, we should be the expert to validate and ask all requirements one by one. They do not service what yamaha service plan or customer complaints and what we pay.
7. 1st fuel takes cover open and tank lock removed.
8. 2nd time, during the 5th service damaged the fuel tank cover, after several inquiries and complaints with customer care. I ask for cctv footage of the service but they say not have servicing footage only have footage for bike handover which is at the entrance of yamaha service where my bike stand.
9. Not acknowledge their mistake and even during service they make damage and charge customers. As a customer we want our bikes in good condition, we paying for their mistakes.
10. Labor charges or not as per yamaha labor cost defined in yamaha website, if in service they 10 parts even minor or major. They put 10 labor costs for each part, other than that ask for general service.
11. Even 1 time my bike met an accident, but they do not inspect completely after that accident I faced my bike tyre was worn-out 1 side and I check with yamaha service expert they said it may be due to type quality.
I replaced the bike's rear tyre with my own money and in new bike tyre also facing the same. Last week my bike's rear tyre bearing got damaged inside and unable to move the bike even 1 meter. I thank god, that god saved my life. If my bike bearing was damaged at high speed on highways for sure I would die on-road but it happened while crossing the toll that time I drove slowly and during braking, this happened.

but week end i love to go long ride and i feel great . my highest single day ride was 270km and this bike is beast.
