The bike is extremely good in maintenance. Buying was super smooth. Looks are great. I am down to the 7th service now and I can feel the pressure in the handle bar and mirror blurring a bit when I go above 70 km/h. Is someone also facing this problem? Otherwise I don't see many issues in the bike. I get mileage of atleast 48 km/l. Driving is super smooth till 70 km/h.

Purchased this machine in just one visit. Best bike in this segment. Riding it for 400 kms a day was very comfortable. Many rides done till date. Mileage is also good. They must update some electronic features. Maintenance cost is not that high as per my driving style. Highly recommended machine for low budgeted riders. You may go anywhere with this machine.

Two times I complained to Yamaha service and didn't get any reply. For 2 weeks I filled the tyre air pressure and rode the bike.

Body build quality is very poor, with in 3 months my petrol tank panel was damage.Worst body build quality, using heavy plastic on tank side panels, it was simply damaged, without any accident.

After riding splendor for few years bought this machine. Even though its power is less compared to other bikes in the same segment, initial pickup of the bike is very good. If you're looking for a bike to cruise under 70-100kmph then this is the excellent bike. No vibration nothing. Very smooth engine, smooth sound and smooth gear shifting. Looks muscular and most of the people loves it. It doesn't even look like a 150cc machine. Even though it is priced aggressively, it worth every penny IMO. But if you're looking for a bike for racing or to ride it in more than 100kmph then this is not the bike you're looking for. Check out Apache or Hornet. If you want comfort, mileage and Reliability then you must try it. Take a Test drive and decide.

Bike is excellent I am using from past 2 years Went to long rides per day 700 km. Bike performance in highway is best 120 km/h. Excellent bike in this price segment The only one cons is service center In Hyderabad very worst service experience Even they don't know what is FI Worst mechanic they are maintaining. I am going for 100 km from Hyderabad to service this bike at rural authorized service Centre. Chose this bike if you had a good service center near by your location Other wise don't buy this Once check your nearest service center after you choose this bike.

Bike is okay, build quality is very poor when you get this bike on first day you won't notice the gap in between oil tank and domes but few days later when you observe this you can do nothing. The service center guys are not sweet as much as your showroom manipulators they (service)will just say “why you brought this bike sir we are not responsible for that” anyways if you have only 1.3 lakh and you can’t afford more and if have the confidence that ok I can take care of that go for it. All the best

I have crossed successfully 90k on my fzs v2.0, what a engine, they have nailed it in terms of performance. Though the top speed is limited to 120, during my first 4 services it used to be 109 the maintenance and servicing is really great and affordable, no problems from the engine side. But got rattling sound at beginning of 10k kms. The suspension is on stiffer side on the rear. Front fork seems to be problem from the first gen, i have replaced them 7 times. Still facing the same issue. Mileage was fabullastic! i'm getting average of 45 kmpl in city even on rough throttle. The rear wheel tends to lock up and it's not scary. Though it is a non abs variety the breaks are poor and lacks confidence. The stock tires from mrf doesn't justify the chassis. Need better grippier tires. The fuel gauge doesn't work properly all the time, in rainy season it is a whole different situation. It runs like 'disco'.Negatives aside, the bike still looks stunning every time i take it for spin or office. Don't worry about the engine. It's a yamaha. Trusted for reliability, but make sure that the upshifts are done at 3-4k rpm for first 6k kms so that engine does understand your driving better and it improves good greasing for the oil seal around the piston and great engine life.I have made a separate cushion for both rider and pillion seats as they are pretty hard. Now it might be perfect, if they have added 6th gear, better fork seals, softer suspension on rear, metzeller or pirelli tyres could have done good job.
