I bought Yamaha Fascino 2022 suddenly self start not working. Went to service center they said ECU problem 5 free service not given properly so warranty not cover 1 free service also not covered in warranty. Ecu cost Rs 10000/- I said one year not completed but they did not accept it.
Friends, if you buy Yamaha BS4 bike then life long service is given only in Yamaha Showroom. If service property is not given then don't buy yamaha bike

1con- if you go above 23 or 25 on a bad road you are going to feel everything on the road
1pro-very good mileage it can return 59kmpl and it can turn so many heads on road. The materials on the scooter feel great to touch and feel
and the Yamaha service center and networks are very good I am really satisfied with the yamaha fascino 125.

The best choice, I have ridden it on almost every type of terrain n yeah it will never be stuck, very lightweight and believe me I have done 400 kms in just a day n didn’t feel that much uncomfortable, very good build quality, and it a truck has hit my fascino from the back side while parking, I thought it’s done but only backlight n back mudguard was broken, and when I went to the service center for repair, the cost is super duper comfortable for me n that’s y didn’t claim insurance even, mileage is also very very nice,
And the pickup speed? 70-80 kms just in a few seconds and the look is amazing as you can see.
Cons?
There should be a charging socket specially for long riders.

They are saying the same thing that spare is unavailable. Please do not buy yamaha fascino that too especially hybrid. I purchased in chennai madipakkam bikerz showroom.

It gives around 40-45, 45 is my luck and the roads must be nice. Performance is ok for the city not for long rides or highways.
Service cost is ok affordable but the service experience paid is bad if the problem is reported they your fault, not ours, you need to replace the faulty stuff for money. That's not right.
Pros are simple scooty, easy to ride, and handle
Cons, not electrical features.

First of all, I wish to appreciate yamaha service staff for their courtesy, they helped my dad when he was driving the vehicle for servicing and he found that he ran out of fuel.. Moreover, the vehicle has a road presence which turns off the eyes of onlookers from its rivals.
besides, the good mileage of 40+ kmpl fascino provides a smooth engine with punching torque which has an efficient pickup to maneuver through city traffic.
Overall it delivers a great ride and an excellent performance.

I bought Yamaha fascino in December 2021, and its battery was down for 6 months. When I approached the service center, they said it will take minimum 5-10 days to replace the battery in the warranty period and I have to keep the scooter at the service center during this period. This was difficult for me as I have to ride 70 km to the workplace on my scooter every day and there were no other travel options available. Really disappointed by Yamaha's response.
