Ha ha very funny the fz series has less power than a scooty. Don't even know what Yamaha is planning for India, A 150cc segment bike Fz series has very less power than a scooty. This is weird than ever. Why Yamaha is not understanding the needs of people among sports bike which is really a value for money bike fz with low punch than a scooty.

You'll hear that the Aerox is among the most fun scooters people have ridden, even some claim that it's better than riding their bikes. How true is that? Here are my first impressions of my Aerox 155 (2024 model)ODO: 855KM (16 days after purchase)Comfort - The seat is comfortable, and the side footrest which seems to be a confusing factor for many, let me assure you your feet will stay planted on it quite easily. The issue begins when you talk about how tall you are, if you're over 5'9, good luck as you will feel cramped due to the spacing between the front seat and the front body. Cruising speed - I don't go too hard just yet, max I've done is 70-80, pulls it off very beautifully thanks to VVA. Stays extremely stable. Regarding heat, maximum stress etc I'll have to answer that later. Suspension in the city - Feel bumps/undulations like crazy. Potholes are a nightmare. Speedbreakers are manageable 90% of the time. Going at high speeds and turning corners, the stiff rear helps you stay stable. The real issue is when you add a pillion. The rear shows its stiffness and the front shows its short travel time even harder with a pillion. My girl hates riding with me but loves how smooth and stable it is when she rides it herself. Plastic Quality - Amazing. New to the riding world but I often heard Yamaha's quality is superb and it shows. Exceptions: Cheap flexible plastic panels for the fuel tank and charging socket. The charging panel is especially annoying to shut down sometimes. Very silly to fiddle with it after paying a fortune for this.Overall, I love this scooter to bits! It's my first purchase and first foray into the riding world, and I couldn't be having more fun. It is on the pricier end, but worth it if you've set your sights on this machine. Otherwise, you can wait for the upcoming Hero Xoom 160 and then compare.

Yamaha Aerox 155: A Thrill-Seeker's ScooterThe Yamaha Aerox 155 isn't your average scooty. It's a machine built for those who crave excitement and performance in their daily rides. Here's a breakdown of its key aspects:1. Buying Experience:Showroom Appeal: The aggressive design and sporty stance of the Aerox are sure to grab attention.Test Ride Availability: Availability of test rides can vary by dealership, so call ahead to confirm.On-Road Price: The price tag might be higher compared to other 150cc scooters, but it reflects the performance and features offered.2. Riding Experience:Thrilling Acceleration: The 155cc engine, borrowed from the Yamaha R15, delivers exhilarating pick-up and a sense of power.Sharp Handling: The motorcycle-inspired chassis and telescopic suspension provide sharp handling and stability, even while cornering.Commute Comfort: The riding position can be a bit cramped for taller riders, and the stiff suspension might feel harsh on uneven roads.3. Looks, Performance & Other Details:Looks: The aerodynamic design, LED headlamps, and sporty instrument cluster give the Aerox a futuristic and aggressive look.Performance: The 155cc engine offers excellent performance with a 0-60 mph time of around 8 seconds and a claimed top speed of over 90 mph. Fuel efficiency is decent, hovering around 40-45 kmpl in city traffic.Features: The Aerox comes equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster, under-seat storage, and a comfortable two-level seat. However, it lacks features like a front disc brake and a floorboard, which some might find inconvenient.4. Servicing and Maintenance:Maintenance: Regular servicing intervals are recommended, and parts availability shouldn't be an issue with Yamaha's widespread service network.Service Costs: Service costs can be slightly higher compared to other scooters due to the larger engine and premium positioning.5. Pros and Cons:Pros:Powerful engine with thrilling performanceSharp handling and sporty dynamicsHead-turning design and featuresCons:Higher price tag compared to other scootersStiff suspension leads to a bumpy ride on uneven roadsLack of certain practical features like a front disc brake and floorboardOverall:The Yamaha Aerox 155 is a unique proposition in the scooter segment, offering an exciting and performance-oriented experience. If you prioritize power, handling, and a sporty look, the Aerox is a great choice. However, if you prioritize comfort, practicality, and fuel efficiency, you might want to consider other options

I am Prasanth, living in Chennai. I have been the proud owner of my Light Fury (Aerox 155) for the past year. Performance and power deliverance. Best bike for the long run. Good looks and style. Service experience is not good. Vibration during slow start. Pros: it is one of the best bikes in the long run. The best mileage after riding the bike is between 60 to 90. DLR looks too good. Performance and power delivery are good. Control during top speed is good. Cons: Overall weight is less which reduces the speed during high wind in highways. The rear suspension is too hard for a single-person

Change oil for every 2500KMs. check for lubrication service center may leave as it is. Extra coating cost 650/ coat it is not worth as they tell. Rear suspension is still hard after 10000KMs. Paint peel off at certain parts. apply PPF coating for tank parts and front mask. Maintain speed between 60 to 80 to get better milage.

Let me tell you in detail, I was just walking on a street when I saw this vehicle. It was black and grey. Just by looking at it gorgeous look I went showroom the next day. And in two days I booked it. But let me tell you about my driving experience. It's smooth and fast to ride, the seat feels comfortable on riding, and there's a lot of fun riding the Aerox 155. I was so excited when I purchased Yamaha Aerox155. It is the best and fastest scooty in scooters. And the riding experience is very good, we can fold our legs while driving long drives, and comfortable seats .comming to looks This Yamaha aerox155 looks like a beast i prefer you to buy silver and gold or orange and grey. I've purchased silver and gold. Coming to its maintenance little bit costly but it's worth it.

The only drawback is that, unlike other scooters, it doesn't have a storage compartment, so you can't keep things in it. Second, you get a lower foot space. Rest all is good. Scooty is very attractive and classy. One would love to have it at home. Lower maintenance cost. The mileage is good. Tyre size a bigger than an average Scooter which makes it better as compared to other options.

That's it from my side.

This bike will give you the feel of riding a motorcycle but has all the workings of a scooter so this is best but one thing is that you should choose a good colour. I wrapped it into a carbon wrap bit before wrapping it was gold and black and it was amazing and the rest is history.

Zooming through the City: Unleashing the Yamaha Aerox Scooter

The only drawback is that, unlike other scooters, it doesn't have a storage compartment, so you can't keep things in it. Second, you get a lower foot space. Rest all is good. Scooty is very attractive and classy. One would love to have it at home. Lower maintenance cost. The mileage is good. Tyre size a bigger than an average Scooter which makes it better as compared to other options.

Beast of a Machine

Prathamesh Pagare

Yamaha aerox 155 your thriller experience
4 weeks ago
Ashit Dhawan

My Light furry

I am Prasanth, living in Chennai. I have been the proud owner of my Light Fury (Aerox 155) for the past year. Performance and power deliverance. Best bike for the long run. Good looks and style. Service experience is not good. Vibration during slow start. Pros: it is one of the best bikes in the long run. The best mileage after riding the bike is between 60 to 90. DLR looks too good. Performance and power delivery are good. Control during top speed is good. Cons: Overall weight is less which reduces the speed during high wind in highways. The rear suspension is too hard for a single-person
