The Good:
Highway Stability: Excellent for long distances on smooth tarmac.
Fuel Efficiency: Respectable mileage (approx. 42–48 kmpl) if you ride with a light hand.
The Bad (The Real-World Nightmare):
Spare Parts & Service: 50% of the parts are imported from Indonesia. This triples the cost and leads to insane wait times (I’ve been waiting 10+ days for a simple coupler).
The "Coupler" Issue: A widely reported electrical flaw (burnt coupler) that Yamaha refuses to fix permanently. The service centre’s solution? A ₹20,000 full wiring harness replacement or a risky "direct connection."
Fragile Build Quality: The body panels are extremely weak. If you add crash guards, the vibration alone breaks the panels or loosens the screws. Even a minor tip-over results in expensive body damage.
Warranty Gaps: Yamaha is incredibly rigid; missing a service by even 2,000 km results in them denying warranty claims, even for known manufacturing defects.
No "City Fun": Despite the 155cc engine, the acceleration doesn't feel "peppy" in stop-and-go traffic. It feels heavy and unrewarding on bumpy Indian roads.

The Aerox is a niche product meant strictly for the highway. For daily city usage in places like Kolkata, the high cost, fragile body, and poor service support make it a "headache" rather than a "performance" scooter. Avoid if you want peace of mind.

All are good only suspension is hard overall full paisa vasool go for it, mileage around 35 to 40 it's good in 155 cc scooter it's awesome anybody interest to buy please go and grab tha beauty of yamaha it's looks very good, when I goto market for any kind of work all people looking my bike cum scooter and ask what is this and price all time this yamaha beauty everyone looking my scooter all time it's never old 🥰.
