Very poor service. I purchased Vida on April 25. After 1 week scooter would not start. Then I went to the service center and got it back after a week. After 2 days, the scooter stopped working again. It is still in the service center. It has been in the service center for the last 50 days. These days, I am doing it every day, saying that the part is not coming.

I am the owner of HERO VIDA V1 PRO and have been riding this EV for 8 months. I completed the first service after 1 month just for a checkup, and since then, I have had no problems with this vehicle. Even though we also have an ACTIVA 3G, I find HERO VIDA to be far superior to ACTIVA. If any user searches for the ownership review of HERO VIDA V1 on YOUTUBE, they will find a lot of controversy. They claim that you have to change the battery within 3 months. However, this is incorrect. Ultimately, it is a fantastic vehicle that outperforms all other EV two-wheelers, including ULTRAVIOLET TESSERACT.

Very annoying experience

“ Don’t buy the Vida at least for use in Hyderabad”” is my sincere opinion. My experience —I purchased Vida 1 plus on 28th Oct 2024. Till now I had to visit the service centre 5 times towing the vehicle every time in addition to the scheduled service. All five times there is a starting problem. Only once ( fourth) the problem was due to key as it got damaged after falling down from the hanger. First time the problem was due to the software not being updated. This is to be done at the service centre only. Second time charger problem and it is to be replaced. The third time some loose contact. Today I am taking it for the fifth time. The Vida world call centre is just useless. They intimate a you a number and say our team is looking into you complain. There will be no further communication. How long does the team take without inspecting the vehicle ? After 24 h they close the link irrespective of the status of your complaint. Again you have to start afresh.The service centre doesn’t tell you what the exact defect is and why is it caused! No way for you to be cautious on your side! Roadside Assistance took a minimum of 3 hours in all my cases. I consider myself fortunate as the problem arose when the vehicle is at home.

Worst bike could be bought

The worst bike that could ever be bought.Doesn't pick up on time, which led to a death in my family.Uncomfortable bike.Never recommend buying the bike from Hero.For towing, you keep on calling, they will say they are sending a person, but they never send.Worst performance, poor quality. The charging problem started from the very beginning, just after a week, it was difficult to charge.

Disappointing Experience with Vida V1 Pro

Disappointing Experience with Vida V1 ProI purchased my Vida V1 Pro in February 2023, but my experience has been disappointing. The initial response after purchase was average. However, things took a turn for the worse when the amp's battery died just six months later, affecting the turn-on and unlock features. I requested towing services, and the scooter was taken to Sai Motors Banashankari. Although it was returned after two days, the problem recurred, and I had to request towing services again. The scooter was then taken to RT Krishna Motors, Magadi Road, where the issue was resolved, and a new amp battery was replaced after four days. The service experience was underwhelming. I handed over my scooter for general servicing on March 1, 2025, but it took eight days to complete, despite numerous follow-ups. The battery backup dropped significantly, from over 90 km to below 70 km, and the vehicle's initial pickup decreased. When I contacted the service executive about these issues, *I was asked* to bring the vehicle in for further checks, with no estimated timeline for resolution. The service center is also 25 km away from my location. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the performance and servicing of my Vida V1 Pro. I hope the company improves its after-sales support and product reliability.

Waste service no response from the service centre waste of money waste of time never ever but this kind of vehicle waste of 1.5 lacks of money attitude manager requesting is also a waste of time everything is a waste of time never take v1 pro bike to your loved one if you gift to your loved once everything is waste.

Best removable battery experience best for daily ride

I have purchased Vida v1 from Shaphire Honda Lajpat Nagar. This bike is very nice and it comes with two removable batteries. You can run your Vida v1 on a single battery also. Ideal for the customer who runs a bike for long kilometres per day nearby the home location. Vida v1 is a blessing for the delivery boy. Thanks, hero motocorp for this amazing electric scooter.

I choose Vida after comparing all the electric scooters along with the riding experience, service quality, and repair cost after doing all the comparisons and taking test drives. This is the best deal in the market. Although this video does not give a battery guarantee as Ola the performance is really good.

Amazing scooter for living in flatsThe Vida electric scooter offers good performance with a top speed of around 80kph, making it suitable for city use. However, the overall quality is not great, and the pricing is quite high.Ride & HandlingThe test track has a smooth surface all around, so we won’t be able to comment on the actual ride quality, but from our brief ride at the test track, we have no reason to complain about the Vida V1’s ride and dynamics. Despite its 126 kg kerb weight, it’s light on its wheels, and easy to manage, and gives the rider confidence with its nice balance and stability. The V1 Plus will be 2 kg lighter, but overall the V1 is a nimble scooter, handles pretty well, and you can change directions quite easily, without losing composure or balance.
