The vehicle is good and comfortable. Acceleration is superb.
I brought from malda, west bengal. Now there is no service center.
Only one service center in Kolkata. Required parts are not available there when required.
Parts should be available in local markets or automobile stores, otherwise, the brand will lose its trust.

I won't recommend this bike to anyone very poor build quality and the showroom service was the worst.
Whenever I went for service they took almost 2 days for service and some parts are not available in the showroom
It was high maintenance bike and less mileage
The service cost of vespa bikes was too high
My speedo meter wire always breaks I already changed it 3 times.

Vespa bike buying suggest to my friend. Vespa bike are a very soft riding, and vespa are sold looking amazing., and vespa my favorite bike, and sometime are buying vespa. Vespa on a riding so soft and safe pickup are the movement to speed. My vespa color is orange and very stylish bike and mirrors are amazing. Maintenance and servicing are every 3 months after serving is free of driving. It is safe to say that the vespa offers probably the best build-quality amongst scooters in india. The monocoque chassis used in the scooter means no separate body panels are required, which improves overall rigidity, results in reduced rattles and vibrations, and keeps panel gaps to a minimum.Careful attention has been paid to the smallest details - the switchgear which is made from high-quality plastic offers a soft-yet-rugged feel, and the brake levers are made from solid aluminium and have been designed to snap at the edges in case of a fall so that you can use them temporarily. The scooter is available in six vibrant shades, all painted with precision to offer the best finish. Overall, the vespa feels built to last for a long time.

when you will drive this Hercules..Maintenance and servicing cost is low comparing other scooter. Don't think and compare just go and take a test drive then you will feel the difference .After that you will feel nice,comfortable and wow .

All that glitters is not gold and this scooter shining under the badge of being a premium Italian machine is not what you would really want standing in your parking because there’s a very high chance it might just be standing. My new scooter broke down thrice in 4 months and all that the company has to offer to you is their warranty. So your vehicle breaks down, you call up the dealership, wait for 2 -3 hours and your vehicle is gone till the parts are available in warranty.
Extended warranty is something that is offered by various automobile companies, with Vespa the warranty part might come into picture as early as one week.
Activa is the real golden choice and it is under one lakh. None of the Vespa models are available under one lakh on road. Even a scooty can be the right choice.

My buying experience was not that good because the employees here in M.P Bhopal behave as they are giving vespa vehicle to us for free ,but after taking a ride i just avoided this stupid morons and the service centre staff are good . I bought vespa vxl 125 and i'm using it for my daily office to home use and i'm very much satisfied with the performance and quite with average also , except the mobile charging option i dint find any thing missing in vespa, the retro look is killer and provides you the feel of owning a power machine .... I know for many vespa will matter them for money and average but the price tag is acceptable for the retro look and average as compared to the other 125 segment scooters in Indian market is quite good ....

When you ride a vespa the comfort and satisfaction says it all, vespa is durable than any other scooters today in the market, maintaining a vespa is no different compared to other scooters, it enhances the riding experience and the classic looks of vespa gives a edge over another scooters the only con of vespa models is that if you want to replace any body or mechanical part it is quite expensive and difficult to get compared to other scooters.

I am using Vespa feeling better, smooth action, looking so nice, mileage is 40 km/h is better than Honda shine, Vespa scooty experience is amazing, performance of engine is good, service response is too good, purchase process and price is good, EMI lone process is very good, processing fee is also low.

Starting with buying experience the dealer is located near my house and has good staff too. All the paperwork needed was done very quickly and they ensured that it was hassle free within just one visit. Coming to riding experience vespa is one of a class vehicle. Even if its just 125cc its power figures are too awesome. On paper it may seem similar to others in the section but still its got good pickup power.I use vespa for daily commute and occasional rides. Despite being a little heavy because of all metal body its easy to maneuvering through the city traffic and pretty much stable on highways at high speeds. The suspension is good and braking is kind of ok.. It can be improved. Talking about mileage figure its around 50kmpl in city and around 60kmpl on highways. For the looks its retro style looks little bit odd to some people but i love it. Its very comfortable to ride on city road and highways both for rider and pillion. Having large seat and ample storage space. Servicing and maintenance cost is very low and it hardly takes 2-3hrs to service. Pros: Good mileage. Easy handling Good performance. Cons:Heavy body. Brakes The price of variants is bit more than others in the 125cc section .
