I have purchased vespa vxl 125 from aluva,ambattukavu showroom.My review isIf you are having another scooter it's okay. From day 1 of purchase, I was facing issues. The first issue was sound came while riding(disc issue). The next day I visited the showroom and was given for service after 1 week the same issue came. Now it's been 2 years and I have to visit the showroom once or twice within 3 months.The service center is very waste and the people don't know anything about the services.Now mileage getting is only 35. waste of vehicles and the company.

Worse experience with Vespa

Poor experience with all means except looks. I had purchased my dream scooter Vespa on 22/4/2021 with lot of expectation. But from that date onwards, more than 10 times. I went to service center. Problems like Starting problem, more than 3 times I changed battery. Cut cut sound coming while riding. Speedometer complaint, Sudden off scooter while driving. Then after quicker start required for restart. Such a worst scooter, I can't explain. Please nobody choose this scooter

Struggling to get it serviced and get spare parts. Actually me and my few friends brought it on 2012 . Only the first six months we got the service and after that they closed. The service station was within 13 km. After there was an other service centre located 25 km. Next year they closed. Now the next one is 45 km far. I was abroad for 10 years, and using this only on my vacations. The other friends really fed up with this vehicle. The performance of this scooter is really good. Only complaint about the service.
