worst service and no spare parts available at

all scooters have the same problem the front headlight part get sound when went to showroom they say to replace whole unit if we ask to change they will say the parts are not available I am riding without changing it irritates me I have seen several bikes coming to showroom having the same problem the showroom person didn't respond for you so please skip buying this scooter the service is worst and lack of spare parts I bought in Chennai I asked 4 showrooms in Chennai they don't have the parts the scooter is waste of money .

Read this before choosing a vespa. If you're a practical person who's buying a moped to fulfill your daily needs, this probably isn't the best buy.Vespa is firstly too pricey, you could probably own two better performing mopeds of different colours. The vehicle is outdated in terms of features, while today many mopeds have connectivity, digital instrument cluster and led headlights with drl's, the vespa sticks on to the halogen bulbs which is really outdated.Extremely poor ground clearance, even the smallest of the speed breakers will make you feel guilty.Mileage isn't as efficient as promised by the sales executive in the showroom, they promise you 40-55 but you'll hardly get 30-35.Metal body is prone to catch dust and scratches so if your vespa isn't well maintained it might look like a decade old whereas it can be just a few months old.To conclude, if you're buying a moped to fulfill all your commute needs and this is the only vehicle you're going to own then do not choose vespa! it's only to brag among the rest of the mopeds that you're one among 1000, you're rich and classy. Just not practical, think before you invest nearly 2 lakhs on it.Cheers.

I had owned piaggio vespa sxl 125 matte black 3 years ago and i rode this moped for 30000 kms.First of all this moped is one of the best in the moped segment because of its stylish looks,colours,handling,suspension and heavy body parts.Only problem i felt bad for this moped is mileage of this moped as per arai it has shown u will get 45kmpl mileage.But in actual you will get around 40kmpl till 15000kms after that you will get the mileage of around 25 to 30kmpl as per you maintain this moped.And other problem with this moped is costly body parts and low resale value.So as per me if you are looking a moped with top build quality stylish looks and best riding experience then you can invest your money in this moped the only problem you feel with this moped is low mileage and costly accessories. Otherwise in features wise comparison with this moped you can go for tvs ntorq and aprilia sr 150 you will get attractive features in this two mopeds,but looks,colours and handling wise vespa wins......And additional one good feature of vespa is it shows low engine oil and low battery indicator.

They assure 55km/ltr in reality you get avg 20. When you speak to service team, they laugh at you for trusting them. There is a customer benefit which states - vehicle's resale value is protected & improves over a period of time. No one could answer the meaning of this statement. In fact, resale value for this is much lower than others and over period of time you will loose plenty of money on fuel. A team tries to collect feedback, but no progress with vehicle quality. Hope this helps the new customers.
