.Vespa is known for its retro-styled scooters that are precise, proportionate and amazingly built. Vespa lx125 is no exception. It features a retro-styled handlebar, wide rear view mirrors that get a chrome treatment, a round vintage-styled headlamp, neatly laid front turn blinkers over the apron, a step-up floor board, comfy single seat piece, stylish satin-finish 10-inch wheels, rear grab rail and a clunky tail section with light and turn indicators. The apron is garnished by a chrome border which is one of the highlights of the design. The front turn blinkers and the headlamp get a chrome boundary that looks very upmarket. The air intake grills over the apron also get chrome finish. The ornament on the front fender is another notable component of the scooter that looks pleasing.

I had a Vespa in the '90s and thought the new generation Vespa would be of the same quality. However, ever since I bought this scooter in February 2023 this has been a nightmare. First, I figured out that the fuel tank had a small leak, so whenever I used to fill the tank with full petrol it used to leak from some space. They had to fix it. Then within the next two months, there was a problem with the fuel meter, it did not show the fuel quantity accurately. they have partially fixed it. Now in December 2023 last week there was an issue that the scooter would not move as if it was in gear. Some i got it running but since it's making a lot of noise. seems something wrong with the engine. I am taking it to the service center again tomorrow. Heavily disappointed with such a big name. I will even advise my enemy not to buy it. then there is a problem of ground clearance also. even a small speed breaker touches the body of the vehicle if two people are riding. The only good thing is the looks.

I bought Vespa scooty on may 5, 2021.. Noise started coming from engine. I brought my scooty to showroom to show the noise, but technician told that no noise is coming like that.For 4 months frequently I am going to the showroom for same reason. Still same problem coming for us. One month before scooty did not start at all. After 1 hour it started. I brought my scooty to showroom. They said, we will check and give you. Next I went to showroom and took my scooty. After i came to home, again it did not start at all. I called the showroom, technician came and checked the vehicle started and he took the vehicle along with him.
Next he called me to take vehicle. Again I went to showroom and took my vehicle.. While coming home i put petrol. After putting vehicle did not start in petrol bunk itself. Again I called to showroom and technician came and checked and the vehicle did not start. In half n hour the vehicle started.. He took vehicle to showroom and said fuel pump had heated so need to change that.. He asked, need time for 15 days. I said ok.. I asked manager, kindly give me another vehicle because i took this vehicle on may month. Still frequently coming to showroom for any compliant like that.. Manager said, this time we will clear all the problems and give you like that.. But still noise coming If I ask manager and they are telling I can't do anything. You can raise compliant like that But if I raised complaint, no reply mail and call.
