The Vespa 150 is an Italian scooter and it is evident in its iconic design. Whether it is the shape of the headlights, sleek apron, or the curved side panels and the neat tail section, it all adds to the visual appeal of the scooter.
Powering the scooter is a 149.5cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes 11.26bhp at 7,500rpm and 11.66Nm at 6,100rpm. It is paired with a CVT.
The scooter has a monocoque chassis that is suspended by a hydraulic, single-side arm front suspension, whereas at the rear, there is a dual-effect hydraulic shock absorber. The scooter rides on an 11-inch front wheel and a 10-inch rear wheel. Braking is taken care of by a 200mm disc at the front with ABS and a 140mm drum brake at the rear.
The Tech variant of the Vespa 150 comes with a number of features that includes a five-inch colour TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, and keyless ignition.
While there is no direct competition to the Vespa 150, in terms of cubic capacity, the Yamaha Aerox 155 and Aprilia SXR 150 come close.
