No proper service in kukatpally service centre lot of issue with gear shifting, horn. I visited the service centre 3 times for the same problem and there is petrol licking also in the bike. Very hard gears so hard to drive in the traffic and low pickup Staff don't know ...

I purchased a motor vehicle from bhagwati motors gurgaon (vehicle details:-regn date 18/01/2018 renegade commando classic). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because it is leaking a lot of oil from the engine. Authorized service center mechanic inspected my vehicle and said that they need to work in engine they open the head and all..But its only 1400-1500kms approx i don't want to get my engine to be opened or any kind of work to be done in it as its been only 1 months 26 days.No action till now from um.

1.Got the renegade commando ganesh chaturthi last year Aug 2017 from ahmedabad delivery experience was not so good they ask me to come early morning at 9 am and kept me waiting till 12 noon other 2 customers came took there bike delivery in front me n i was still waiting for my bike, when i got my bike there were problems like rusty bolts scratches so i have change three bike then finally i got problem free bike.2.Riding in the city is hectic highway cruising is good.3. For look i'll give 4 fit n finish is n not proper that's why i'm giving 1 star less Performance is not so good gear shifting hard as other guys mentioned starting issues sometimes, brakes are not good.Pickup in first gear not good.4.I missed my 1st free service due to some reason so the service person wrote no warranty in my services book and ask me to come at regular intervals of bike services to regain the warranty. Service and maintenance is very costly. Service never call us regarding problems in the bike they just complete the work without asking u any thing if there is no need of oil change than also they will do without asking your permission to do so. 5. Pros-looks cons- vibration, not good quality of wiring and plastic, fit n finish not good tyres are not tubeless don't have rear discs brake at this cost.Don't recommend this bike. Not worth to pay 2 lakh.

I've just bought my bike commando mojave in goa yesterday ( 15/01/2018), proud to say i am the first one to own one ...I've been craving to put my hands on this beast and the day has arrived to have a date with my beast .
to start off i was little nervous to face the special attention on the road ( for its amazing looks obviously ) , after a while i just took over and owned my bike with pride . As i am not a regular biker it took some time to get used to but now i am just falling in love with every ride .
Now i can proudly announce with pride that i am associated with um and surely recommend it to my friends !!

i bought a um renegade commando bike for me. It was a tie up with um lohia motors in india. I spent more than 2 lakh rupees on this bike. Now, um do not have any tie up with any of the companies in india. I have a simple question. How it is possible that a company sold thousands of bikes and now they are not providing services to their customers? how government has allowed them to do the business without any contract and services to their customers?I saw reviews and read news too that um is not working nowadays in india. If it is, then what should i do with this bike? it’s one of the expensive bikes and i cannot sell it on a nominal value. However, without service it is of no use to me. Actually my bike is not working properly and i am trying to connect with service center but their phones are not working and are unreachable. Can someone please confirm me what should i do with this and for its spare parts? This is the not an exception and most of um customers are waiting for answer from government of india and um motorcycles ltd too. However, we are not understanding where to go and what to do after spending 2 lakh rupees on motorcycle.
