I owned start city plus 2020 model, one day suddenly it stops running and when I took for servicing, first they could not identify the problem for 10 days and then after doing some trial and error method they charged me rs.7000 saying that they replace three parts and it was due to not maintaining enough petrol which is not true, my bike always has min 1.5 liter of petrol.

1. One of the best bikes. Before this bike, I used 17 years tvs victor and sell at 12500 in 2015
2.No any issue right from purchasing. Only changed the battery.
3. Performance itself stated that I am a lover of tvs bike otherwise nobody is purchasing again tvs bike. Look at tvs star city plus is better than tvs victor.The color black with silver is so nice.
4. Only regular service every year may be required if heavy use otherwise you can do every 2 years
5. Pros - zero maintenance if used single hand. Cons- only knowing is more than honda bike.

Bike is very good in this price. Very comfortable for rider and both. Bike look is very simple but nice. Servicing experience is very good ,TVs service centre workers and managers are so good. Average is so good ( my dislike problem is only acceleration. Overall in this price and segment the bike is so good.

Well, i bought this bike in the year 2009, and it has been already more then 11 years still it is my best companion on road providing a mileage of around 55-60 km/l. At the time of buying this bike my main objective was to get maximum mileage in minimum cost and it has been delivering me from last 11 years beyond my expectations with low maintenance cost. Recently on 26 oct 2020, i have toured from guwahati to jorhat which is more then 300 km. I have poured petrol of rs. 800 and people may not believe that i did not pour petrol till 1st nov. After that 320 k.M tour i have used my bike to my office on regular basis and on 1st nov only i felt that i need to pour petrol. So, one can travel around 450-500 k.M comfortably with rs. 800 in now days is really surprising and also amazing same time.

1.My buying experience is unexpected first I want to go buy a apache bike but I seen star city it was also a good looking and stylish so I choose for mileage also i like blue color so I changed my mindset apache to starcity.2. My riding experience is awesome to control this bike good and safety as well as compared other. Weekly twice I travel thiruvannamalai to chidambaram almost (400km) up and down. I feel good safety.3.Night travel in star city is better compared others. High light power easy visible for long sight also.4. Maintenance is very easy no noise coming while riding long travels.5. Simply superb bike for 90s kids we love starcity because best alternative bike.

I bought the first edition of star city. it is now celebrating nearly 14 years. my experience is incredible. giving me 60 km/ l mileage and above. interestingly there is neither engine problems nor gear box problems. ie, not much complaints had occurred till now. i am enjoying the journey with this. only complaint I faced us that there occurred tachometer cable complaint multiple times. I use to service my bike as company recommends. thanks to tvs for such a great work.

I brought this bike on 2005,I think it's the oldest model of the star city series. I use this bike for daily purpose (avg 50km/day) I didn't faced any problems on riding.i got an avg mileage of 70kmpl. Maximum speed I rode this bike was 120(you can't believe it , if you can any doubt ride a good condition tvs star city on an highway with all you safety gears. The service was poor. Overall I love this bike so much.if I tell about the comfort it's pretty good as compared to Bajaj platina. And it have vibration,but less than splendor or platina. thank you.
