We purchased this bike 1 year ago and after the first and second service. We had the worst experience after both services, it just stopped anywhere, and we complaint multiple times and had no proper response from the team. We don't recommend just to look at the showroom. Please find the good service center as well before purchasing any bike.

I have been using Scooty Pep Plus for more than 13 years. Its pick-up is good. overall weight is less so in cities where there is heavy traffic. You are a winner with Pep Plus. Not suitable for Highways on long rides. Easily operational. Suitable for 40+ people, girls, teenagers. Maintenance is low. Fuel Mileage is average.

I'm using this bike since 2021. It doesn't go beyond 3km and stops. And after some time it starts. The service was amazing. For the first time, I'm experiencing their service as they are charging money without rectifying the problem.
Worst bike. The performance is very bad. Money waste. I am disappointed.

I bought the scooter on October 2022, the big problem is it automatically off if we slow down the speed in speed breaker and in signal. If we complaint to the showroom service center they did not resolve it. So I will not recommended for other. And also less mileage it gives only 20 if we ride it in 50kmph. Only if we ride it in 35-40kmph without stop or above 40+ it give 45 mileage so waste of money.

Sooty Pep which I purchased in 2021 is having problems right from day one. The first problem noticed was wheel wiggling which was never rectified during any servicing in spite of highlighting the same. The earlier dealer was Thaly Motors - Porvorim, Goa, and now its MARS TVS. Accelerating this bike cannot be controlled. I remember one incident when I was in the middle of the road, the signal went RED and the scooter is not pulling up.
Towards the Dec-22 end, I had to spend Rs 6500 for repairs and servicing and 2 days back again I have to spend Rs 3500. That means Rs 10000 in the last 7 months.
I am planning to sell this, to at least recover whatever money I can.
Overall, this product is a disaster. If there was a negative rating for review, I would have given -10

Money-back guarantees this Scooty. my lovely Scooty and like family. My friends and other friends I recommend any other person purchase this Scooty. because it is very useful and helpful.

I bought this when I was. 18. Yrs. now I gonna buy this for my daughter. I feel safe and easy to ride. I m a lady trainer I suggest riding this once. When I give training on this all my customers learn to drive easily. The customer is happy I am also happy with this my self-experience. So. Guys don't waste your time.

The Tvs Scooty is a very good vehicle. Need to improve the speedometer and oil gauge quality. After one year it starts giving problems. If they provide an electronic speedometer then it will be good for tracking. The guaranteed replacement part should be available in local stores or showrooms.

I bought the vehicle in October 2022 and the vehicle is already giving problems. Starting the problem, the vehicle engine stops abruptly. Contacted the dealership but they could not repair the defect, now they say the vehicle battery is defective. Contacted tvs they show a manual book saying battery warranty is not their issue. Poor quality of after-sales service. Don't recommend buying tvs products.
