Reviews of TVS Raider 125

Bought this bike a month back but after riding the bike suddenly stop for no reason. After taking to the service center they are telling that maybe it happened because the bike wasn't updated, so they updated the bike after that also the bike didn't start again they said that maybe some part is not working. From last 3 days my bike is in the service center and i even don't know the proper reason for not working of the bike. Secondly if i had to give my new bike in the service
center than what is the use of buying new bike. Poor poor performance. Not at all satisfied.

I purchased this tvs raider bike on 04/07/2022 and the bike stopped working after 2 days. When I visit the showroom, servicemen tell me that e.C.U. Not working, therefore bike does not start. Now till today my problem does not sort out and the bike is also in a service centre tvs vidarbh nagpur...It's a very bad experience with this bike.....Don't purchase it.

It was a very attractive and sporty-looking bike, but it has some problems for eg. Its center stand. The ground clearance of this bike is very low. I love the performance of the bike but while riding on the speed breakers the center stand touches the group and due to that my bike's center stand has so many scratches on it. TVS please fix this issue.

1. Buying experience - Preordered it and got delivered within 7 days
2. Riding experience - Loved the posture a little aggressive like apache. I do daily commute for 30- 40 km and its comfortable for me .
3. Looks and Performance - Looks are killer. Everyone who looked my bike asked as if its a new variant of Apache or else and no one was ready to believe that its a 125 cc bike and all were telling its a 150 or 160 cc bike..
Performance - Compared to other 125cc bikes you get much power and torque from this bike and if you are a sensible rider and ride bike within 70- 90 km/h then it will be great as no stress needed to achieve above 90 km/h but I achieved a top speed of 120 kmph at higher rpm . But over speeding must not be done on any bike, so I ride this bike within 60 - 70 km/h on high way .
Its silent start feature is way silent and starts bike in 1 start
Eco and Power mode is first in this segment .
Kick stand engine cut of switch is a good feature needed for me as I always forget about my side stand.
Gear shift indicator is a very convenient feature and the colorful meter console is eye catching . And many more features are there need to tell later.
4- Cons - 1-kick start not given though company claims its battery are much powerful now and its start motor is way better than previous bike so its not a big deal for any one now a days .
2- Missing the kill switch ....TVS must have given that feature .
4- Mileage - Mileage is best in this segment , I got 66 km/l mileage on speed between 65-70 km/h, 77 km/l mileage on speed between 60-65 km/h and 83 km/l on speed between 50 -55 km/h ....all mileage tested on highway.

Before buying this bike I watched every uploaded video on youtube and every article on google. I have also considered many positive and negative reviews/feedback here in bikewale.Com. I was very confused between sp 125 and tvs Raiders. Both bikes are on top in the 125 cc segment. But personally, my need inclined more towards the raider and I purchased it, accepting the cons which come along with it. 
Here is my honest review after riding for 4000+ km in 2 months 
Pro 
1. Best-colored digital meter console. 
2. Good avg (I am getting 55+) 
3. Good suspensions 
4. Smooth engine
5. Fresh design and overall looks (in this price range)
6. People around you will definitely turn their heads and ask you about the bike :d
Con
1. Rear brake is not very reliable.
2. Tyre quality/size is not so much good and skids a lot in the rainy season while applying brakes.
3. Avg headlight (I avoid traveling in the dark).
4. Gears are stuck a lot and loud noise can be heard while changing them.
5. Resale value is not like Honda and hero. (bitter truth)
6. Aggressive riding posture may discomfort some of the riders.
So if you want to purchase this bike you need to deal with some of the cons. But that can be said for every bike because after all it's a machine and its durability, performance, and life also depend on our riding style too. Last point ...Forget about the fiber/plastic tank. Beneath it has a metal tank and all fzs and Suzuki bikes are manufacturing the same. Hope you buy and feel proud of your dream bike

This bike is very good. Performance is good, braking is good, handling is also good as well but there is some issue on its instrument cluster. Mileage showing 99.9 kmpl and range showing 126 km. I know this is a minor issue but if TVS didn't give this feature nobody got distracted but if you gave this feature and it shows incorrectly. I went to the Service center 4 times but nothing is improving.

Amazing experience to buy this bike.
First, I listened from someone that tvs launch a bike in the 125 segment which is the best ever in tvs carrier but now I say it's totally true. I purchase this bike on the 15th of march and I am totally satisfied...
Looks are amazing literally I say every person just looks at this bike continuously and it's my thinking that they think it's an awesome bike of this segment I must purchase this...
This is my first bike and I say it is awesome.
Now talk about service. It's also too good but some mechanics have some attitude to handle with costumer but doesn't matter...Because some nature has never changed...

The bike is overall good but I faced problems during service. Raebareli tvs service is very very bad, I experience the service of raebareli two tvs dealerships but not good service. The bike is very good in everything, sometimes it gives a mileage of with economy speed. I am really impressed by the bike's performance. Value for money, best mileage, and looks. Everything in one bike. But some problem is both are plastic body and raebareli two service center both service center engineer and no training given by tvs very very bad service and not satisfied.

Nice bike and nice looking sporty bike low maintenance and good mileage. Exhaust sound is very impressed riding very smoothly no extra sound and meter feels is very high rated bike. I also recommended this bike and my friends is very impressed he planned to purchase this bike. Very build quality.
