Highly non recommended product First experience with tvs Tvs nortq is best product in their segment But service station or dealer make its worst for customer, 1.Buying experience :I bought scooter on 30th april 2018, I was very disappointing tvs dealership and their service stationFirst they charge one time road tax on 30th april 2018 from me but didn't submit road tax to govt. on time They submit one time road tax to govt on sept 2018, for five month they made me fool when I went to rto office they said they didn't submit your documents for registration.2 riding experience: maximum speed they achieved at 90 kmh, biggest issue mileage is 28kmpl at city, highway with 45 to 60 kmph they give 32 kmpl3 performance ,its worst in power deliver no use of 3 valves engine, Looks are good 4 my experience with dealership are Worst after many complaints no response from company side ,If product is good but services are bad no one recommends tvs to anyone. after riding above 6000 km, I am facing problem to tvs service station regarding tvs ntorq engine, missing problem lack in power deliver or big issue was mileage it give 28 kmpl or maximum to maximum 32kmpl & front wheel alignment but didn't solved till date Worst experience with tvs.Tvs need to provide proper training to their employee for they do best for their valuable customer I will not go for any tvs product .Highly non recommend product is - tvs product due to services they provided.
