Not good performance brakes got failed
Tyres aren't good
Materials not good
Cable wire is also broken within 1 year
Service people are not responding we didn't get the front brake kit till now
They say no stock everywhere every time
Don't but it's a waste of product
We are trying to search for those brake kits but not finding them. Poor quality.

I bought Ntorq as my first own vehicle and then I was enjoying the ride very nicely. Service center people are very careless about the vehicle handling and since my 3rd service, the side footrest has been nicely ruined. Now after 4.5 years with 40k km riding, the engine is almost gone. Now I am forced to sell at a cheaper price which made me cry. If I waited for longer I might have ended up selling to scrap. The engine became very noisy and the was also gone. Tyre becomes thin much faster than we imagine. I don't recommend this vehicle for daily commute. Engine quality is way too bad. I don't blame this vehicle for the bad quality. But, it's not worth the penny you spend for.

Punith

The bike pickup was amazing and the riding feel is fantastic compared to another bike. I love this design as well.
Also, the riding experience was very good on long rides its done with a sporty feel. I suggest for everyone just buy and see the experience you just love it feels like riding some sporty bike in a small segment.
