Areas of improvement i felt bit stress on bike while drive on a up road while 2 people is sitting. Other wise is a very good scooter. I am happy with my jupiter, no proble till now(3 months). Recommand to buy.

Thanks to tvs for make a wonderful scooter for indians.Excellent quality.I have got near about 55 to 60 kilometer per liter average in city area which is the best average for any scooter in city rush.Best stylesh scoother

Reviewing after completing approx 22000 km.Pros- light weight as compared to activa and other scooter.Easily you can get 45+kmpl mileage in city driving.You can get service done within 1 to 2 hours instead of other manufacturers e.G honda takes whole day.Paid service cost is approx 500 rs. Including engine oil and labour. In 22k km replaced rear tyre 1 time only.Break shoe are still in good condition.Cons- somehow less pickup as compared to activa but it also good for mileage.Front suspension now have long travel then before need to get it checked in next service.Engine sound is audible at lower speed however after 50 kmph it's good.Top speed is approx 80kmph. Less stiff suspension.Riding with 3 people can hit to the cheesy. Overall impression- low maintenance scooter with good mileage. Best for daily commute.

As company claiming it gives 57kmpl is trash. It never given more than 30 kmpl i am the live experience on this.Rest everything is ok with this scooter comfort riding. Very good driving experience and all But must not buy in mileage point of view. People who don't look at mileage they can go for it. And it is advised for them to buy this.

I purchased tvs jupiter in fev 2017 & it slips badly & i have fallen thrice even i have driving experience of 15 years.

Tvs is not good in tyre manufacturing & instead of mrf & ceat they are using their own tyre which has poor griping.Even i have complaint but they have ignored my complaint, if you are planning to purchase scooty will you go for such scooty which slips & will you want to damage yourself. Rest your wish & i am not giving this feedback purposely but i have suffered a lot after investing 63000.

Just went to test ride but bought tvs jupiter zx over activa.

Loves the ride everyday,took her for nonstop 300km ride now i trust her more after that ride.

Fresh look,paint options, suspension,smooth accelerator, decent mileage 45 to 48.

Parts are cheap and servicing too is moderate.

Pros:indian maker with a practical daily commuter,availability of spare parts,good mileage,unique ergonomics,very happy with jupiter zx matte blue, paisa vasool bike.

Cons:headlight,no disc brake option.

I bought my tvs jupiter in july 2015 and every kilometer i have clocked on my scooter has been a great experience. For starters , this is a well thought out scooter . Small small things such as the external fuel filler cap , the easy to use main stand,the charging socket,the pass light switch, the econometer that guides me to get an efficiency of 50-55 kmpl , the suspension that works very well on the pothole laden roads of mumbai and the headlights that are brighter than most scooters and even some bikes , end up lifting the overall riding experience as compared to other scooters like the activa .

Riding experience : i ride around 70 kms daily for my office commute and in traffic is where it excels , turning radius is small which makes it easy to fit it in right spaces in traffic and you can't ignore the convenience the cvt offers in traffic. Even on the open roads , it has enough grunt to maintain a speed of 60-70 kmph with a pillion which is more than enough for mumbai. The brakes are great providing good bite and feel.

The looks : it looks good without trying too hard unlike the maestro edge or the zr and to be frank i have used it for two years now and am still not bored of the looks.

Servicing : the service costs have been minimum with the engine oil & the transmission oil being the main cost component . You will incur some extra costs at the 12000 mark regarding spark plug , air filter & other filters.

-the front panel of the scooter is fibre and in the event of a frontal crash , the insurer may deduct more depreciation as compared to a fully metal scooter as the wego or activa

This is mere nitpicking though and the jupiter is a great scooter to own and to live with and is a benchmark in its segment.

1) The buying experience is good and i bought Jupiter classic 2019 .
2) The riding experience is amazing like you sit on a sofa like soft seat though mine is Jupiter classic I don't know about base variant and it's also long and wide seat and comfortable for ladies also.
3) looks of the bike is may better than active because active design is old and it's parts are plastic and it's shatter because my brother activa 2018 . But in Jupiter everything is well built and performance of the bike is amazing like you ride the bike in 50kmph it's go like smooth and very silent manner and your hardly hear the engine sounds. and it's acceleration is also quick.
4) servicing of the bike is not a big deal because they simply do three things 1) changing the engine oil. 2) doing some adjust like bolts and some other parts which are lose. 3 ) wash the bike and give it to you it's hardly 2 hours work and the service cost is also so pocket friendly like 500/- and maintenance is also very cheap like you because there is no extra cost for your bike except like tyres and brake pads.
5) mileage of the bike is amazing. it will give you around 55 for lit . I checked around three times and it give good mileage when you maintain bike in economy mode like 40- 50kmph . it's is not fake guys I filled 4 lit of petrol and it give me around 223 kms approx and there is no fuel when I am completed the test.
6) pros : 1) mileage,looks, built quality, 4 ) brakes 5) seat and out side petrol lid
cons : 1) instrument console is very old and outdated
note : This is my honest review guys nothing lie in it. this is way more and better than activa ( activa fans don't like this words) because now in 2020 honda listen the customer words and do some betterment on the bike now it's got telescopic suspension and outside fuel lid and economy mode . honda launched activa in 2001 or 03 till now no update and noting is there except like name 2g , 3g 4g , 5g, and now 6g , but Jupiter have these features in 2019 and before. literally 100s of activa in my area and mine is only Jupiter and this bike is a eye - chachy bike every one looks the bike ( mine is classic model ) . and tyres which are 12" inch tubeless with front and rear with alloy wheels not like steel rime. when you want to take a new scooty every one suggest to take activa like every one has there own taste and licking. even my mom also suggest me to take activa even though she doesn't know about the bike . when I ask my mom why activa she said our neighborhood have a activa and you take it.people blindly follow other people world literally you pay 80k amount and you depend on others words. test ride every bike and the n take the best scooty or bike don't go blindy on top numbers like activa is 1 selling bike. I am not against honda or activa.
