The buying experience at the Authorised store was good. Bought from Prabhadevi Mumbai.
Has lots of features
Look wise it looks great
The booth space is good
The engine makes noise while driving and doesn’t have a silent feature which is very irritating
The worst part is a Very low average of 30-32km in the city
The worst part Fuel tank never gets full as the new design

The buying experience was excellent, and the TVS Shelar Sinhagad Road staff were accommodating.
The riding experience has been like a roller coaster, most of the time there is one or other serious issue with the scooter, but the ergonomic and ride quality are quite good.
Both looks and performance are very average, nothing to crib or bost about.
Servicing and maintenance is very high it's higher than my car.
Pros:- lots of useful features, smooth engine.
Cons:- Unreliable, had to use RSA 3 times in 2 years, side stand sensor malfunctioned from day one, have to change parts on regular basis, on two occasions almost met with an accident due to technical issues. Have tried contacting TVS about it but still no response from their end.

I purchased this vehicle from OM AUTO in the Pimple Saudagar, Chinchwad showroom about a year ago. From the very first service, I raised the issue of vibration with the showroom. To date, I have given my vehicle in for service four times, each time for around 5-10 days for a detailed inspection of the problem. Each time, the service center informed me that the R&D team inspected my vehicle and replaced parts like the rollers from the clutch, polished the fixed disc from the CVT, etc. However, the issue persists.
Additionally, within a year, my vehicle started having problems with starting. I had the throttle body replaced once, but there has been no improvement. My experience with the TVS team has been very disappointing. They acknowledged that there is a vibration problem with this TVS Jupiter 125cc vehicle, but to date, they have not shown enough enthusiasm to resolve this problem for customers.
