I bought this bike from Shelar TVS Pune the servicing cost is very high 1st servicing goes Rs.1375/- the worst cost and for chetak it's free servicing for 1st-time 2nd time too and for iQube all highly paid service just fed up with the servicing cost.

Very poor service. I buy Iqube S. Service center technicians, they don't know how to check electric scooter, they don't have knowledge about electric. The company didn't provide proper training, they didn't solve the problems. Sushil TVS Showroom and Service Center in Hyderabad. They didn't take proper customer support.

Never buy tvs electric bikes, no service after sales...I feel big cheated..This is not an original tvs group product. My bike is with the service station for more than 4 days... An extremely worst experience and never buy anyone recommended it.
Unsatisfied with dealer and services.

Everything is fine until you face an issue. You will have to keep taking the bike to the service center as there is no expertise to resolve the issues. It's been 3 months since I have had this bike but drove only 350 kms.
I have an issue with dte. Shows 25-30 kms at 80% charge. The service center person never understood the issue and tells me that it is a feature (joke of the year).

Booking Delivery & finance are all easy in service no trained mechanic my iqube bike given serviced for more than 45 days sill not been given back every time asking week time or 2 days but also not been delivered still in service center territory manager & customer care is also not responding, kept on asking time only no use its 6-month vehicle used only for 4 months after that in service center only total money & time waste.

I brought iqube in march 2021 used for about 1400 kms and the motor is dead, The vehicle was dropped at prn motors and its been 25 days now and still the replacement is not done, the display is a waste in the bike, Maps don't work, at least clock I expected and that too is not working. Totally I wasted on such a waste bike. Please don't buy ev scooters with motor in wheel its always a headache.

After 3 months of waiting for august, I received "iqube" red color.
Performance is ok, nice look and feel. Both modes (economy/power) work well.
But very pathetic mileage. Tvs offering 100km mileage on 100% charging. But getting only between 65 to 68 in economic mode. Power mode means even lesser. So please be careful while buying this one.

Please Dont Buy Tvs I Cube, Worst Experience And A Nightmare.
In the month of January, I purchased I Qubes, and from that day until today the problem is not resolved, the problem is all of a sudden there will be an error symbol after which the vehicle does not move an inch, the second time the battery percentage is 80% the vehicle totally slowed down with a continuous beep signal when enquired the company people they said it's a safety feature from the company for the battery not to get overheated.
My question to the company is why don't they mention this while buying the vehicle?
One more thing then why do they say that the vehicle has a 100km range,
My request is I don't need these interrupted stops,
So I request people not to buy this vehicle, first, let them resolve it and then say our TVS I CUBE IS BEST, IT GIVES 100KMS FOR ONE CHARGE
PLZ DON'T BUY TVS I CUBE *

How good the TVS iQube EV scooter is a very much premature stage to claim how good it is in the field conditions. But some of the points to be looked can be discussed as follows. Battery - with it’s 2.2 kw battery it’s more than enough in city ride conditions say for everyday commute. With this power iqube offers a range of 75 km/h which is slightly better than Chinese rebadged scooters from other competitors. Motor power of 4.5 kw offers a better acceleration of 0–40kmph in 4.2 seconds which is slightly better too given the other competitors. A kerb weight of 118 kgs offer better dynamic riding conditions. With the low price tag next to Chetak as 1.15 lakhs is literally a competitive priced EV scooter in India than Ather and other vehicles. A charging time of 4–5 hours is enough for a day's ride with average city riding office to home commute. With geo-fencing and other loaded options vehicle looks cooler and slim compared to the others in market. Personally i would say the final performance and acceptability verdict is to be given by the sales numbers alone. That will really show how good the acceptance rate of the vehicle is. Thanks.
