    Hello,
    I purchased tvs iqube in march 2021, it has run 3000 km for 3 months and now there are many problems related to the speed, motor and several other problems. Full battery charging takes 6-7 hours, not satisfied by its performance, also still there are no proper service stations setup to solve the problems. Especially the service station at ramurthinagar, bangalore is very horrible. They don't even respond to our problems.

  • Charging problem in this scooty.

    Performance is very poor on this bike. The charging problem is a very big thing. Worth money. Don't spend the money on this bike. My bike is standing in the service center of tvs iqube for a long time. I am very disappointed. Nobody can hear me because I purchased this bike. I want to sell this bike as soon as possible.

  • Charging issue

    It's been 7 months since we are using this vehicle and the problem with charging has arisen. It's like charging 1% in one hour and we have complained about it 3 times but we are getting zero response from the company as well as the service center. The service center kept our vehicle for 3 days n gave us as it is as they also don't know what's actually going on. Now, what should I do with this useless thing??

    Never buy tvs electric bikes, no service after sales...I feel big cheated..This is not an original tvs group product. My bike is with the service station for more than 20 days... the extremely worst experience and never buy any one recommended.

  • Don't buy as the spares take nearly months to reach

    First 7k kms no issues.
    Later rear wheel had a bend had to wait for nearly 3 months to get the entire engine assembly replaced as only the rim cannot be removed.
    After that rode for 400 kms bike suddenly stopped. Called road side assistance was informed as the bike is more than 1 year they would charge 1600 rs for mere 4 kms, took my bike myself was informed the electric coil is burnt and will not be covered under warranty fought again and was informed that it would be done in warranty. Now the bike is in service center for more than 20 days.

    Very poor service, company claims 75 km one charge but physical one charge 50 km and two passenger 35 km running no response customer care number and service center my running daily 60 km delhi two-time charging. charging time five hours one full charge I am not satisfied, very poor service.

    Up until you run into a problem, everything is ok.
    Don't purchase a tvs iqube; it is worthless. This is what I'd like to express based on my own experience. Months after the purchase, the bike needed to be hauled to the service center because it wouldn't start. I was assured that the problem would be found and resolved in a few days.
    I had to phone the service center every time I wanted an update on the repair because there was absolutely no communication from them. They keep mentioning that they will acquire the components and fix them.
    Customers cannot be left in the dark; tvs should train their workers to communicate with them and set clear expectations.

    The bike's battery got dead in just 3months. I'm waiting for a month to get it replaced, however, the spare is not available. I just get a new date every time I visit the service center. Don't buy!!
    It drives very smoothly, and the built quality is also beautiful too, but if it doesn't work, it's of no use.

    Later rear wheel had a bend had to wait for nearly 3 months to get the entire engine assembly replaced as only the rim cannot be removed.
    After that rode for 400 kms bike suddenly stopped. Now the bike is in service center for more than 20 days.

    Very poor service, company claims 75 km one charge but physical one charge 50 km and two passenger 35 km running no response customer care number and service center my running daily 60 km delhi two-time charging. charging time five hours one full charge I am not satisfied, very poor service.

    TVS iqube charging services are not good, very worst service, it took time more than 18 to 25 days for part changes or services. Don't buy, a lot of vehicles standing in front of the showroom for repair.

    Up until you run into a problem, everything is ok.
    Don't purchase a tvs iqube; it is worthless. This is what I'd like to express based on my own experience. Months after the purchase, the bike needed to be hauled to the service center because it wouldn't start. I was assured that the problem would be found and resolved in a few days.
    I had to phone the service center every time I wanted an update on the repair because there was absolutely no communication from them. They keep mentioning that they will acquire the components and fix them.
    Customers cannot be left in the dark; tvs should train their workers to communicate with them and set clear expectations.

  • Don't waste your money

    The bike's battery got dead in just 3months. I'm waiting for a month to get it replaced, however, the spare is not available. I just get a new date every time I visit the service center. Don't buy!!
    It drives very smoothly, and the built quality is also beautiful too, but if it doesn't work, it's of no use.
