TVS iQube is an electric scooter available in 5 variants and 11 colours. With front disc and rear drum brakes, TVS iQube comes up with combined braking system of both wheels.

The TVS iQube is an all-electric urban scooter built for daily commutes, featuring a 4.4kW BLDC hub-motor that delivers around 33Nm of torque and a top speed of roughly 75–78kmph, depending on the variant. It now comes in three battery packs — 2.2kWh, 3.4kWh, and a large 5.1kWh option — giving you choices between modest mail-in-city range and more extended rides. The 2.2kWh model charges from 0–80 per cent in about 2 h 45 min, while the 3.4kWh version takes around 4 h 30 min. The 5.1kWh “ST” variant reaches up to approximately 150km of real-world range and is charged via a 950W off-board charger in around 4 h 18 min.

Its ride setup includes a telescopic front fork, twin-tube hydraulic rear shocks, 220mm front disc brake, and a 130mm rear drum, all wrapped around 12-inch alloy wheels. The iQube is ruggedly built with IP67-rated battery protection, regenerative braking, and a tubular frame.

In terms of features, it has Bluetooth connectivity with a mobile app for navigation, turn-by-turn guidance, crash and tow alerts, distance-to-empty readout, geo-fencing, OTA updates, and even a reverse-assist indicator.

In terms of design, it comes with largely flat panels, full LED lighting (headlamp, tail, indicators), digital instrument cluster, under-seat storage of about 30 litres, USB charging port, and connected safety alerts. The iQube is offered in a wide palette of colours — including Pearl White, Titanium Grey, Walnut Brown, Copper Brown, Celebration Orange, Starlight Blue, and more, depending on the variant.

        Bumpy Ride from Day 1

        Palanivel Periasamy

Since day 1 of my purchase i raised complaint about undulation with the ride and the front disc brake is in friction, rear brake is not functioning. 4 times with the service center for more than 4 days. But still not fixed and they claim the 1 point less tyre pressure. Poor customer support starting from purchase to service. Wasted my hard earnings of 1.3 lakhs with this vehicle.

Ultimate scooter but with poor service & poor customer support

        Venkat Rao

The scooter is ultimate in all aspects only problem is their worst customer support neither exercise have avoice to talk the dealer to solve the issue when it breakdown not they give call to higher officials during last 3 years my vehicle is in garriage of dealers for want of spare neither they extended warranty atleast for that period nor responded to my request the management is very adamant & unethical they charged rs. 18000 for replacement of the controller just after a fortnight of the guarantee period, without reckoning 6 months of period where my scooter was lying in their workshop, as the scooter is good compared to other brands. I bought 3 scooters in total during the last 3 years.

Got Faulty battery, replaced twice in 4 years

        Murali Krishna J

Got Faulty batteries; the first one was replaced within 2 years, luckily in warranty period, however, the other one also failed in next 1.5yrs, which was very expensive to replace. No support from TVS, vehicle was run only 17k kms. Local agencies don't have much say; they act based on TVS directives. I felt deceived. Battery life is pure luck. The battery is everything in the vehicle; with a failed battery, the vehicle is not even for scrap.

Elegant design with awesome riding experience

        Shankar

I purchased a 3.5 kw with 115 km range 3 months ago and have completed around 2000 km. This vehicle's design and performance are really awesome. When it comes to the matter of range, the company gives a 115 km real range, but it gives 80 to 90 km in eco mode. Pricing is also kept in benefitted range for customers.

        Waste of money

        Gurneet Singh

I have used i qube for 3 years. Service is bad, no parts are available and if some minor problem comes then at least 2-3 days are gone.. and if major then around a month.. its noy saving your fuel expenses.. its more expensive than that. The motor has been changed. The battery drains our early. After initial warranty.... there is no warranty given in any parts of the scooter. And the cost is huge for the battery and motor. Even the charger costs around 10k.
Never buying an electric vehicle till parts and service are available outside the showroom and at cheaper costs.

Very bad experience while dealing with the Sales executive while purchasing the scooter. They said all bogus details while enquiring. In a rough paper just amount is mentioned in various categories with just a verbal explanation. For example, verbally it is said RTO charges Rs. 1500/-. Infact there is no RTO charges for Electrical vehicles. Then the sales executive showing just the figure of Rs. 2400/- says it is for side stand CENSORE Why there is a separate charges for this? Then come the extra fittings, for which 50% is charged. Why ? Then above all there is no transparency while issuing the Invoice. Invoice is given on plain paper without Sales executive's signature !
Servicing section services are also not satisfactory.

        Varun Kumar

Having ridden your TVS iQube 3.5 kWh for three months and under 5000 km, you find its comfort levels highly comparable to traditional petrol scooters. The 145 km IDC range variant offers a familiar, stable ride ideal for former ICE users. While you value features like vehicle location and navigation, the current software has significant friction points: the "current ride" data fails to reset automatically, making trip management difficult, and there is a strong preference for standard Google Maps over the proprietary app interface.

good performance then competitor bajaj and vida

        Murli Dhar Paliwal

Good riding experience. Service support is super, no maintenance issue. Also, good battery backup and pickup good like petrol scooty, comfortable seat, average 120 km running in city plain road. But require something updated in the new model, should be fast charging, hub motor replaced with pmsm like vida. Overall, good if the hub motor is considered

        Abdul Sayeed

My experience was very worst by purchasing this worst ev scooter from TVS. I am not satisfied with thier service bcoz even for a single screw we will not get at time of servicing they will say go to the home branch or go to the other service centre this all stupid. My suggestion to all my upcoming customers who are going to purchase TVS iQube or other vehicle please, please be aware of it
