Reviews of TVS Apache RTR 200 4V

I had bought it in sep 2018 and i am writing this review in sep 2019.Its been 1year and i had ridden it around 6000kms. My review is splitted in two parts pros and cons:-Pros:1.Great appearance 2.Good mileage(40kmph in city and 45 on highway)3.Great pickup 4.Easily controllable in corners 5.Breaking is very good.6.Top speed which i had done is 133kmph it can easily go beyond this.7.Very smooth and you can easily cruise between 100kmph to 120kmph on this no vibrations at all.8.Very less service cost.9.The sound is awesome no other bike has such a sound in this segment.10.Slipper clutch makes the bike very smooth to ride.Cons:1.The seat is little harder you can feel it after 1 to 1.5hr of continuous riding.

I actually like this bike. The colour is really attractive . The power is good. Well before I have ridden a lot of bikes but this one is the one which is like saying me to ride more and more . Quality could have been slightly better and should have given a hazard light too, handle bars are at the perfect place . My height is 5'5 and my legs reach the ground properly . Really like the way it starts . This is one of the sweetest animal of the segment. The buying experience was not good because they didn't gave me a helmet. The riding experience is good but you cant ride it for like a 3 continuous hours. Performance is too good. Mileage is also good. Servicing is too good and as it is my first bike i like to maintain this bike. Not high maintenance. I don't think it has any cons.

It is a beast. U just love this bike. My bike was stolen but after 3 months here i am with apache rtr200 4v again. Long rides is not a problem i rode for 15 hours delhi to chopta and the performance was outstanding and you feel comfortable with the beast. It doesn't ask much. There one thing i don't like the wind shield they provided in latest race addition 2.0 without wind shield it gives more aggressive look. Only one problem which i feel is cold start. Being carburettor bearing system i am becomes difficult to start the the bike without choke. But overall apache rtr200 4v meets all the requirement.

Just half an hour before I bought this bike with full of excitement and joy within half an hour it becomes disappointment and terror while riding to my home this bike suddenly stopped in the middle of the road and if doesn’t get started quickly I went to nearest showroom and they said it’s battery issue they swapped this battery with another one and they said it will work now and after few minutes of ride it again stopped with the same issue now I don’t know what I have to do now.

I brought this mad machine (tvs apache rtr 200 4v bs6 ) with my hard earned money (i'm 20 now). Started working at the age of 18. I was really worried about which bike to invest in because ofc, hard earned money cannot be wasted . Riding experience:1) anyways i brought it in the month of january 2020 no doubt it is the best bike I've ridden under 200cc because of the punch it provides while i ride. 2) i use it for almost everything you name it. Have covered long distances with sheru (nickname of my bike). 3) i had no issues with the bike at all, the best thing i like is about is the upright position no back pain at all!Looks:1) "gorgeous"2) people stop by and ask if it's a premium bike (mentioned bs6 variant).3) 10/10 for the masculinity of the bike! it sure is an attention seeker! Pricing:1) hats of to tvs for providing such a beautiful machine at such an affordable price with almost really good features in it! 2) tvs has done alot of homework before launching the beast in the Indian market at an attractive price.

This bike is value for money,riding quality in cities,highways is excellent.Looks are awesome especially led headlight & performance is too good under 200 cc. Service costs are not too expensive,always maintain time to time. Every 500 km you have to clean genuine chain cleaner and use chain lube. After reaching 90 km/h its vibrate.

I have owned an fzs before. Now purchasing a tvs bike made many to question my decision. But believe me this is one of the best bike in its class. Smooth city rides, gear changes. It has dual horns and the mat blue colour makes it unique. Suspension and power delivery is amazing. I have driven with a pillow rider in the worst roads with potholes the size of a moon craters. Go for it. You will feel the difference. Sitting comfort is great. Can easily skip through city traffic using glide through technology. The headlight is amazing since i am a night owl. More than 100 meters are visible and 10 meter wide headlight beam. Brakes are good. This is the only bike which comes in the segment with Bluetooth connection. I have used the navigation option in the app. It does the job but tvs must include google map as standard. Also charging port and side stand cutoff is missing but not much. This is the best value for money in all the segments.

1. Got test ride and as flattered buy the controlling and disc brakes.2. Quiet uncomfortable for pillion especially during long run.3. Look is sporty and awesome, gives good average.4. General servicing is required if you are changing engine oil regularly.5. Pros: good sporty look with nice pickup. cons: not comfortable for the pillion. Not good for the long run.
