Buying experience:- it was a good experience
Riding experience:- it is a great package cause it suits best in every road condition though it will take little will rough roads but not that much off road after all its a sports.
Details about looks, performance:- the bike gives u a great and eye-catching look specially when u get your mirrors off it will give u a very bulky look that will make happy from inside (rear view mirrors are necessary part of safety don't remove them), its give you a decent performance and yeah you will be never regret.
Servicing and maintenance:- it is a okay can't appreciate TVS for this as they don't have experienced technician.

It's been 3 years and 6-month experience with this bike now. I feel the power is less and the bike part especially the silencer is very noisy. I do the service every time in TVS Ahinsha service center but they can't solve my problem till now and very bad experience with TVS Ahinsha service center. And the time is automatically changing every time by itself.

I bought the bike on 22nd March this year, and I was a little intimidated at first, as the bike i rode before this, was a simple 110cc one. Earlier I was looking to buy a 160cc bike, but I had insane confusion. To buy a bike is a long term commitment and I just wasn't having that instant connection yet.
When I rode this bike for the first time, in my mind, I was "This is it". And it was one of the best decisions.
The buying experience was great. The salesman was kind enough to give me three test rides, one on the 160cc version and two on the 200cc version. There were some delays on their part while confirming the registration of the bike.
    2. the riding experience is superb. Its great in the city, and even better on the highway. Smooth and extremely sturdy you will never feel like you are going to slip. The ABS and slipper clutch work great.
The exhaust is perfect, not too loud but not too quiet.
    3. Looks are 10/10. Muscular yet sporty. Headlamps could've been more aggressive.
    Pros and Cons:
    1. The engine is excellent, No vibrations at normal riding, no weird noises.
    2. Handling, slipper clutch and ABS work like a charm.
    3. Technologically, this bike is LOADED. You have a lot of features, more than you will need.
    4. Total value for money, you get an all round performer for the price.
    Cons:
The split seat is uncomfortable for many people. If you are going to have a pillion most of the times, I would suggest not buying the bike.
Braking is good, but could've been better.
To sum up, its a great bike to buy if you're looking to buy something that works well on the highways as well as in the city.

    1. Great Mileage
    2. Awesome riding Experience
    3. Stunning looks and performance is also good
    4. need to improve servicing center and need good maintenance
    5.
    Pros:
The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is a striking looking motorcycle.
It features a sharp and aerodynamic side profile with attractive body decals. It gets tank extensions and an engine cowl too which further enhance its sporty appeal.
    Cons:
it also need TVS' Smart Xonnect system that enables smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth and features turn-by-turn navigation, shows race telemetry, etc. It even gets a dedicated 'i' button on the switchgear that is used to toggle through the information on the screen.

The buying experience was very bad Too much waiting period.
riding is smooth.& Slipper clutch works fine in traffic...
If you want to buy Apache 4v just consider 200 cc it's a good value for money.
Service is easy and fast. use only preferred synthetic engine oil. which cost around 800 rs.
Extra accessories are easily available in the market.
The indicator could have been better and there is no hazard lite.
Most showroom 160 is easily available while 200 4v is not due to margin difference in profit to the seller.
If you are planning to buy prefer 200 4v it will be a good value for the money.

  • Best 200 CC segment bike

    Sayantan Deb

I have been using my darling for 2.5 yrs. So here are some pros & cons from my side:-
    Pros-
    1. Awesome mileage for 200 CC bike
    2. Stability is good. Check tyre pressure once in a week.
    3. Little less power than BS IV, but it's enough.
    4. Top speed is 132 kmph. And it is locked on that.
    5. Nice agility.
    6. Durability.
    Cons-
    1. Front braking system issue. Noise may come from the front braking caliper. You have to tighten the nuts or change the caliper.
    2. Be steady and cautious on bumpy roads or on bumps, because the ABS will deactivate the brakes and you won't be able to brake at high speed.
    3. You should attach an additional air-pumped seat if you wanna go on long rides.
    4. X-connect or Bluetooth connect is a good tool to use, but it is not accurate every time.
    5. Clear the water drainage line regularly inside the fuel cap, or else if it rains or you wash the bike then the water will go inside the fuel tank and it will mix with the petrol.
Bonus tip- check if you have multiple service centers in the area, then find out who has the best service because not all of them are good for servicing.

  • Don't buy if you are above 6ft.

    Vishal

Overall experience with this bike was worst in Pune city.
    1. Too much waiting to book this bike.
    2. Not comfortable for people above 6ft.
    3. Average looks and limited color options which aren't eye-catching. The pillion seat is a bit cramped and really uncomfortable.
    4. Servicing is cost-friendly. But, TV's authorized Service center doesn't have proper knowledge about the bike. It took 8-9 months to figure out the metal noise coming from the exhaust.
    5. Gearbox issue has been persistent since the first servicing.
    Pros
    1. Good acceleration
    2. Slipper clutch and dual abs.
    3. Low servicing cost.
    4. Good for daily commute.
    Cons
    1. Vibration above 7k Rpm.
    2. 6th gear is missing.
    3. Worst tyre.
    4. Average braking

These people care for you till you buy a bike, once the purchase is done, they don't bother.
I have Apache 200 4v, bought in dec-21 and 10 months after buying it, the bike started to stop suddenly in the slow-moving traffic I took it to 3 to 4 service centres and told them the issue. It worked fine for 2 to 3 days of servicing and again the same thing repeated.
Till now the issue isn't resolved and still, and I am keep chasing one service centre to another for this issue, all they do is keep my bike for a week and tell me the issue is resolved but it actually not.
I don't recommend this brand to anyone, instead, request you to go for other worthy brands in the market. Don't live a life of chasing service centres, instead have a peaceful life with other brands.

Purchased on my birthday and the RTR 200 4v still going awesome. Handling is too good and sports mode is something I enjoyed most while riding. Also urban and rain also come in handy in those situations. The pillion seat is a bit uncomfortable for a long trip but for short rides it's good. Service experience is also good till now.

A very bad experience will never buy tvs vehicle again and I will suggest others buy any other brand vehicles.

    Mihir Ponkshe

    Cons

  • Very bad

The bike is very bad 1st bike was replaced after 85km , 2nd the bike was replaced and also starts giving problems after 40 to 45km. After giving online complaints they are waiting to complete 24 to 48 hours. Very poor response. I never recommend buying tvs products very disappointed by the seller.
A very bad experience will never buy tvs vehicle again and I will suggest others buy any other brand vehicles.

  • Spectacular in all aspects.
