When I bought the bike, the showroom person told to your village every month for service, and today it's been 4 months but no one has come and when I call then they say they will call me and then they come and if I called showroom, they say that the servicing is in company scope. Very bad service after sale. Before purchasing a very good service, once you purchase it, there will be no support.

Very poor after-sale service. They depend on Pune, The Engineer will come from Pune If any defeats in parts occur again it will come from Pune which takes almost a month. Battery and battery management systems get defeated only after 2000 km of ride. Very unproven product. Deals say they are dependent on Pune.

Firstly I purchased a Tork bike in the Hyderabad showroom on 7th November 2023, it was good but the back seat was quite uncomfortable the look and performance were super and service and maintenance are average. Pros about bikes u can save money approximately 200-300 daily if u ride 125kms monthly you can save up to Rs.7000/- dealers and the servicers need to respond correctly if not it's not a good.

It has been a wonderful experience, rather than going for another EV bike, I would recommend you buy this one, I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. I am using this bike for my daily commute, travelling a distance of around 80 km, first I was not sure if I ran this at full speed it could drop me back. No matter what speed you run this bike. It covers more than that.

I've been using this bike for 1 year and I came to the conclusion, that this is one of the best EV bikes in the field. This is really a comfort-giving bike. The only thing that I'm sad, about that is its charging pumps are very rarely available but I think in the future it will be fixed as per the growth of EV users. In the talk about performance, this is better than the Revolt 400, in a single charge with the eco mode it gives a 150-170 km range. And it's pickup is also similar to sports bikes as fast, anyone can say it's an EV sports bike from its look and build quality. In the bike app lots and display, there are lots of features, and the one I like most is it has an anti-theft mode which is only unlocked by user access. As I'm from Kolkata the shipping charge took more price but after all, I can honestly say you must try this e-bike.

Must clarify maximum downtime in case of minor issues on the road. Also the maximum time for part /battery replacements ( both, within the guarantee period and outside of it too.
Vibrant and youthful colours will be a booster.
Also better if the company quickly deploys convenient charging point tie-ups across the city.
