Suzuki V-Strom SX Price in Ariyalur

I've ridden the Suzuki V-Strom SX for around 6,000–10,000 km in just 5 months, and overall, I'm very happy with the bike. The biggest highlight was taking it on my Ladakh trip in July 2026, where it performed exceptionally well. From long highway stretches to rough mountain roads and light off-road trails, the bike remained comfortable, stable, and confidence-inspiring. The engine is refined, fuel efficiency is decent, and the suspension handled most terrains without any major issues. It has been a reliable companion for touring.
However, there are a few areas where Suzuki could improve. The bike misses several modern features that many competitors now offer, such as riding modes, a smarter LCD console with smartphone connectivity and screen mirroring and a bi-directional quickshifter. These features would make the V-Strom SX feel much more premium.
My biggest concern is the 835 mm seat height. While riding skills definitely matter- I managed it despite not being very tall-it may not be comfortable for riders below 5'5. Many potential buyers hesitate because of this. I genuinely feel Suzuki should introduce a lower-seat-height variant or factory low-seat option to make the bike accessible to more riders. I'm sure many enthusiasts are waiting for such an option.
Overall, if your priority is touring, reliability, comfort, and a refined engine, the V-Strom SX is an excellent choice. With a few modern feature upgrades and a lower-seat variant, it could easily become one of the best adventure tourers in its segment.

I get around 29 km/l, so a drop of 1 or 2 km/l is completely fine. Sometimes I even get 32 km/l while cruising on the highway in 3rd or 4th gear. In the city, the mileage drops because of traffic, but it also depends on how you ride. If you ride aggressively, it'll be lower, but if you ride normally, it's pretty good. The older variants used to give around 37-38 km/l, I guess. Mine is E20-compatible, and I'm not an aggressive rider, so I don't know why I get between 28 and 30 km/l.

One of the best decisions I took just with my friend's word, seriously. The only con is that you'll tend to draw too much attention. So you better dress and ride properly. Rediscover the sheer pleasure of riding. It is quite big and yet under your full control. ZERO vibration, even @ 100! So responsive that it makes you feel like it listens not cos you are the Boss, but cos it Respects the Rider!
