Hi friends,

i bought swish 125 from smk suzuki, porur in january 2015. Vehicle is good & gives reasonable mileage 48 kmpl. But i have faced many issues because of the insufficient service capacity of the dealer.I have listed out the details below.

1. Initially they have provided the vehicle with corrotion(photos enclosed).Also they have argued this is normal.

2. With in a month the battery is not working. It got replaced by exide.But i have spent more than 1 week for that.

3. From the initial itself i feel very high vibration & my hands are start paining.After many service attempt also they are not able to solve this issue. Finally they are accepting, they are not able to solve this. And request me to approach abt suzuki.

4. In my two months experience i gave five times for service. I am saying all the above are dealer issue since i am an existing user of swish 125. Its a very good vehicle.

5. They took more than 2 months to issue rc book even for cash payments.I suggest you all to buy suzuki product from the right who is having enough technical knowledge & service support.In chennai many of my friends suggest abt suzuki.

We are buying new vehicle to save our time(by avoiding time in service centers) and also to for safe ride. Please think before you buy.

This suzuki swish is my first bike, which made my dream true. I loved the bike's performance, mileage of 40km, the seat is wide & comfortable to seat. Easy to control, looks are awesome. But i won't prefer this for a long road trip, as it's made for a short route commute, it will be very uncomfortable.

Good scooter. Beautiful looks, excellent mileage. No maintenance required. Good light at night.The only negative feature is it's shock-ups. For rough road it feels like riding on rickshaw. Besides this no bike in the market can compete with this. I had used almost all scooters in last 30 years honda activa, scooty pep plus, mahindra rodeo, maestro etc. Nothing like my cutie suzuki swish.'' bus petro bharao aur chalate jao''

My overall experience with suzuki swish is not really good.The scooter is heavy-duty and looks good but the performance is not up to the mark.

The free services provided by suzuki is not continuous . there is a free service after every paid service till the 6th service.

Mileage is too low if you don't get your scooter serviced regularly(sometimes it falls to 15-20kmpl.

Very heavy though it provides better stability but sometimes it is difficult to handle

Brakes goes down every few months and especially after rain.

At last i'll only say that if you buy a swish make sure that you get it serviced every month.

After a strict comparison i had either swish125 or access125 as my options.

With its edgy looks and powerful engine, i chose swish 125.
