My Honest ExperienceTo begin with, my buying experience wasn’t great – I feel the dealer was not trustworthy and may have misled me. While the scooty looks good in terms of design, the performance is just average. Unfortunately, the service experience has also been disappointing. Most concerning of all, the battery failed within just 7 months of use, which is very frustrating. Overall, I’m not happy with my purchase and expected a lot better.

Refined engine: The 124cc engine is smooth and responsive, especially in city traffic. It offers good pickup and maintains refinement even at higher speeds.Comfortable ride: The scooter's suspension effectively absorbs bumps and potholes, and its light weight makes it easy to handle in city traffic. Riders also appreciate the wide, long, and well-padded seat.

Best Performance even at High Speed

When it comes to choosing the scooty with the current road condition of anywhere in India, then I can say the Suzuki Access 125 is the best one to choose. The reasons behind it, why you should choose this: Number 1, it is speedy and smooth because of its torque delivery while riding. Number 2 The engine bar, even riding at a speed of 75-80 km/hr it remains at level 3, which is good for the rider. Number 3: The throttle you want when you just want to come out of the traffic fearlessly. Number 4: The brake and the weight that help the rider to manage the ride efficiently. Number 5 The mileage, no matter what,t whether you drive in a city or on a highway, you will be able to manage between 52-57 km per litre.

Super and comfortable scooter I can't believe the mileage is 50+ on the highway excellent pickup and Corning drive I love the best bike Access 125 is fun to drive I suggest Access seats are very large and comfortable easy to drive steering handle age free and can drive a great job Suzuki team, color full designs easy to choice low maintenance and low cost.

In the standard variant Drum with steel rims, not Alloy wheels, please make sure before buying, this scooter is good no doubt but the information on this platform is incorrect, so I request please resolve this problem. One major issue is sound at a lower speed.Overall it's better than other scooters in this segment.

Most powerful in the 125cc segment with high mileage and it's better than Activa in feature, performance, mileage and looks.You can use this as a family scooter or performance-oriented scooter.It has a very long and large boot space.It has Bluetooth connectivity features also.Cons:- Rare can be wider and braking can be quite sharp and the through of the headlight can also be increased.

First of all their looks, no scooter in this segment provides that type of look. After 20000km you have to face lots of issues with this vehicle. If you can suffer from all the problems you can go ahead with this scooter. Their engine gives a lot of trouble after some kilometers are done. In short no value for the money.

Broke down twice within a week of purchase .(Under 50km)

Bought the new Access 125 (2024 model).It turned off mid-ride, within a week of purchase. I had not even covered 50 km.Turns out it was a blown fuse problem. They replaced the fuse.Seems like, the scooter does not come with a spare fuse.It just has a spare fuse slot which is empty, why a slot exists when they do not provide a spare fuse is a mystery.Again, after replacing the fuse, the new fuse was blown the same day. The scooter is currently back in the service center/ dealer and they have no clue why this happened twice.The takeaway is that They are providing scooters without doing adequate quality checks.The worst part, the service team took more than 24 hours to respond to this. Didn't even care about the fact that the scooter is brand new. Terrible experience.

Access looks cool. Almost retro-style scooter with decent power. Acceleration feels good. It has enough boot space. A full-sized helmet and a few items can fit in the boot. I have a matte black color and it looks cool. Build quality is good. Servicing is so bad. Local Suzuki dealer finished 5 services and was never satisfied with at least one. Braking is bad. The instrument cluster could have been better.

The Unreliable Machine

I have driven this scooter for a long time. The scooter is quite spacious. The performance is also 4/5. But the biggest problem is its engine. I am from Uttarakhand. My scooter was emitting smoke. I showed it to many mechanics but nothing was done. The second biggest problem is that it does not take self. There are a lot of problems in winter. Later, its mileage also started decreasing a lot.

Starting Issues ever since I brought this bike 3 years ago with no solution

There has been no solution to this issue in the Suzuki Access. After service, it will work for one day and then again the same. Self-start without acceleration doesn't work. Also if you leave the accelerator the engine stops. Have serviced it so many times but to no avail. There also seems to be some balance issue, which I read in other reviews too. Suzuki has lost its touch with this one.
