Range Issue

It’s been 3 weeks since I bought Simple One in Bangalore Marathahalli Showroom. While buying this I enquired about Ather, and Ola as well.Ather was fantastic but didn’t go for it because of its low range.OLA didn’t like riding comfort and also due to the ongoing service issues didn’t prefer it.Finally, I chose Simple one over Ather because of only one reason ‘190’ km range what they claimed. But it failed and didn’t meet the said range, so far I have driven 210km mostly in Eco mode only (max 20km would have driven in ride mode which is just above the Eco mode) and charged 3 times. When I raised this issue to the service center they updated the software and assured me the problem should be solved. Surprisingly the issue still exists and it gave me only ~60km in full charge, when I raised this issue to the service center (Mahadevapura, Blr) they said the scooter has to ride at least 500km and then things will fall in place. If that’s the case don’t know why they didn’t tell me when I raised concern for the first time, that indicates their inexperience towards the problems. I am still struggling with the range issue. Also scooter doesn’t allow changes in ride modes when the battery level is less than 40% which I don’t see user friendly as the user should choose what they want and plan their ride accordingly and not by the manufacturer, I believe it makes sense if it is enforced when the battery level is 10% or so. Doesn’t allow to switch to dash mode at below 60% battery level.Rest is okay, of course, they are still in the process of releasing s/w updates for other features like Bluetooth connectivity.My suggestion is to think twice before you choose this brand

The worst service in simple one Vijayawada

There are many problems. Also service responsibility. The worst service in Vijayawada for simple ones, * Range problems * Front fork sound * Motor starting switch problem * Handle bend * Extreme sound *Modes do not change suddenly while the vehicle is running, they only change after the vehicle is stopped and restarted. * I visited the Simple One showroom three times because the handle is bent, but the problem was not cleared, they said the reason was a lack of tools. * And there are no spare parts either. *** The most important thing is the lack of responsibility.*** So far I have not found a solution to any problem at the Simple One showroom.

Good performance, is nice looking, the seating comfort is a little less, value for the money. All the modes are working very well, sonic mode speed is ultimate for riding on highways. Very good space the only thing is the seat is not as comfort as I expected, the back seater feels a little uncomfortable while sitting.

The buying experience was good, ride quality is good, small bugs in the software which will be fixed in software updates, and more features are yet to be updated, the front suspension has some Noice and the service team was told will be replaced ASAP, Good range with single rider in between 180 to 190. Range purely depends on the rider and the way they ride it.

Best scooter at a low price, and looks very beautiful. petrol bikes are high maintenance but electric low low-cost maintenance charges. very useful scooty one charge 180km range very long distance. full charge time is only 5 hours. Electricity bill full charged cost only 30 rupees mileage 180km full savings. I recommend buying this scooter.

Showroom and service centre still not opened. please take the vehicle after all issuse are resolved.

The buying experience is very bad they don't have any showroom. We have to go to Yelahaka to take the delivery. Riding experience is very good but the range what they have said is not true. Servicing and maintenance were the worst. They are not providing proper service to the customer. They are careless while we call they are not picking up the call properly still there are huge issues with the software.

Not a good choice for the price. Lack of optimisations and connectivity features.

I have taken delivery on 14th April. 1st problem is they don't deliver at the showroom. Delivery is done at the basement of the R & D center located in Tech Park. Customer care response is very poor. Build quality and performance is top-notch. But, there are some performance issues where power drops suddenly for a couple of seconds. 105-65kmph in sonic, 90-45kmph in dash. 70-25 in ride mode and 56-11kmph in eco mode. When it comes to application. To date, it's not mapped with my credentials. You can't trace any real-time data. There's no remote control on your vehicle through the application. Importantly there's no auto power cut-off after 100% charging. There's no Bluetooth connectivity. Being the costliest e-scooter in the current market. It doesn't feel value for money. I feel like riding a test vehicle. I would not recommend anyone to buy until another 1-2yrs. Let R & D resolve the existing issues.
