3. Bike looks very good, but performance is very bad

This is a very fraud service which gives all authorized royal service centers, simply they will charge this I have checked all most all bangalore service centers, and most frequently I am facing puncture people are not available anywhere, generally other bikes everywhere we can get it ready immediately but for this bike people not even ready to take this bikes for a puncture, and each and every part very costly, we can easily maintain one car for this expenses, so people beware of this royal Enfield bikes.

I am wondering if re takes their customers seriously after the product is sold. Please invest in aftersales support re, I am surprised how such an established brand can not manage one small grievance of a customer who has been loyal for 10+years. Not appreciated re, I hope to hear from your team on a resolution please.
