1) Buying experience : ultimate - bought from Velavan motors, porur chennai -
Most loved delivery with songs, pops and enjoyed a lot.
2) service - average - (service center in tambaram and sivakasi) for this I reduce 1 star.
3) looks performance - every one on the road see me while riding - performance- am a type of person who cruises at 80kmph - Till date I dont feel any power loss - body pain anything king of 80 kmph cruiser.
4) riding experience - chennai to sivakasi multiple times I travel on this bike - Experience sitting on sofa and enjoyed scenaries.
5) pros - seat, handle bar position, stablility, torque.
Cons - mileage, service cost, small back seat, quality less spare, no proper wiring works.

I lover very much interested in this 350X bcoz previously I used Bullet Electra.
I have been using this bike last 3 years, regularly facing vibration issues, and the speedometer fuel gauge not working properly Even 2times service attended at the RE service center still has not settled this above-listed problem.
So I am not suggesting this bike.

Looks great, gives great siting and handling comfort.
After 2500 km odometer broke
Every year odometer holding plate broke
Got rust all over the bike
Plate inside silencer broke
Oil leaking from engine
Petrol leaking from every pipe
Tank replaced from 2.5 years
Need to open tank to for air after every 10km now
Worst bike ever seen.
