The buying experience was good, not much hassle. Coming to the riding pleasure, it stands out in the power and smoothness segment. There is just enough power to stay engaged. The only issue is the seat, it's not that comfortable. The bike looks almost perfect as a retro motorcycle from all angles. Service is slightly costlier, especially the brake pads they are damn expensive. Pros- Good power, looks, and value for money. Cons- seat comfort and mileage

I have been riding my interceptor for 3 years now. I have used it for city rides and multiple long-distance highway rides. Clocked around 18000 kms so far. No major issues as such - except for battery issues. The engine and the looks of the motorcycle is what I paid for.If you are someone who wants a simple yet powerful motorcycle below 4 lakhs - this is it.

It is a very nice bike i really liked it so much best for your tendering best for long distance trips very comfortable seat very nice cushioning, comfortable handle. Nice bike comes with good mileage and the twin cylinder gives the bike a beast sound which is one of the best things in this bike. I really liked the sound of this bike. If you can install a new pair of exhaust, then I would prefer Gursewak exhaust for the interceptor; it's the best you can.

Pure Twin-Cylinder Joy with Minor Comfort Trade-offs

The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 delivers a true big-bike feel with its smooth twin-cylinder engine and timeless retro design. It performs beautifully on Indian highways and feels powerful yet refined. City riding is manageable, though the weight is noticeable in traffic. Comfort is decent for daily use. Mileage is around 20 kmpl. Personally, it's a perfect choice for riders who love relaxed touring and classic charm.

It's so smooth due to its double exhaust. And overall it's a good bike in 650cc, but the meter could be more advanced, and it's way better than GT I don't know why someone would choose GT over this. But still, everyone has their own opinions, but I would buy this bike again without a second thought. It's a great bike; it looks like everything is top-notch.

it was good experience of buying the Interceptor 650 and it was my dream bike. initial, I felt some weight but nowadays it is easy to handle. you can feel the power when you ride on a highway. Because it is fully designed for the cruising segment, but some members compare it with the racing segment, but it is a fully cruise bike.

I used to have this Bullet Electra 350 back in 2014 and I kept it for about 2 yearsIts tube gets burst without any sharp thing and the self start of the bike is so pathetic that I got it changed twice from the company and I got so annoyed that I will never ever buy a Royal Enfield. Now coming to the Interceptor 650I bought it in 2022 thinking that it may have got better and it is better but not reliable at all.I loved the bike initially but one day I got stuck in the middle of nowhere as the bike will not start. There was a problem with the fuel pump. The company kept my bike for about 2-3 days and the fuel pump was replaced under warranty Royal Enfield is not reliable at allI have had a Yamaha Fazer and never faced a single issue during the ownership and also a Bajaj Pulsar 200NS.These bikes are so reliable that they will make you reach your destination

Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 – A Perfect Blend of Classic Style and Modern PerformanceThe Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 is one of the most admired motorcycles in its segment, known for bringing back the golden era of classic motorcycling with a touch of modern engineering. Launched as part of Royal Enfield’s 650 twin series, it has successfully redefined the brand’s global image.Design and Build QualityThe Interceptor 650 carries a retro design inspired by the 1960s British roadsters. Its round headlamp, teardrop-shaped fuel tank with knee recesses, and twin-pod analog cluster give it an authentic vintage appeal. The build quality is top-notch, with a solid metal construction and excellent fit and finish. The upright and comfortable riding posture makes it suitable for both city rides and long highway journeys.Engine and PerformancePowering the bike is a 648cc parallel-twin, air-oil-cooled engine that produces 47 bhp and 52 Nm of torque. The engine is incredibly smooth, with a refined and linear power delivery that’s perfect for relaxed cruising. The 6-speed gearbox with a slip-assist clutch ensures effortless gear shifts. Whether you’re riding in city traffic or hitting open roads, the Interceptor feels stable, torquey, and surprisingly quick.Ride and HandlingThe bike’s double-cradle frame, developed in collaboration with Harris Performance, provides impressive balance and cornering confidence. The suspension setup—telescopic forks at the front and twin gas-charged shocks at the rear—absorbs bumps well. Even though it weighs around 202 kg, the Interceptor handles beautifully once in motion. The Pirelli Phantom tyres offer great grip and stability.Comfort and ErgonomicsThe upright seating position, wide handlebars, and well-padded seat make it comfortable for long hours. However, the seat height (804 mm) might be slightly tall for shorter riders. The exhaust note from the twin pipes is deep and pleasing, adding to the overall riding experience.Mileage and PracticalityWith a mileage of around 22–25 km/l, it isn’t built for economy—but for the experience. The 13.7-litre fuel tank offers a decent range for touring. The Interceptor also demands regular maintenance, but nothing unusual for a twin-cylinder motorcycle.

Bought the bike from Royal enfield reown channel as a new interceptor in 2024 mid was supposed to have an waiting period of around 6 months. Royal enfield dealer told me that there is a motorcycle which is just 6 months old and newly acquired so I opted for it. The dealing of the royal enfield dealer was quite shady and the bike took around 1 month to be name transferred and ready to be delivered and the reason exactly is not yet known to me. It was also found out by me that it had only one key instead of two. That took sometime too. It's a fine motorcycle but the weight of the metal is overwhelming. The best part about this motorcycle is anybody can conduct a repair even a roadside mechanic and parts are easily available. There is something very strange with Royal Enfield motorcycle as I have experience before, there is always something or the other issue popping up one after the other. Sometimes battery sometimes brakes. The 650 engine is battery smooth but what Royal Enfield really needs to work on is their refinement and the body balance craft. Front suspension is short than the space what is actually required and the number plate keeps on bumping against the front mudguard. Having alloy wheel on this motorcycle is a relief as a single tire puncture will give you a headache due to the body weight. Other than that it's quite a practical bike and open to customisation.

Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 review - The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 receives generally positive reviews, lauded for its refined and torquey 648cc parallel-twin engine, comfortable riding position, and excellent value for money, all packaged in an appealing retro design. While its significant weight can make maneuvering tiring at low speeds and the suspension can feel stiff, the bike offers good overall build quality and features like standard dual-channel ABS. The Interceptor 650 is seen as a capable and effortless cruiser for both city commuting and highway riding.

The best bike

A best retro cum roadster

It's so smooth due to its double exhaust. And overall it's a good bike in 650cc, but the meter could be more advanced, and it's way better than GT I don't know why someone would choose GT over this. But still, everyone has their own opinions, but I would buy this bike again without a second thought. It's a great bike; it looks like everything is top-notch.

Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 Alloy Wheel

It's a perfect bike for the money and a pure all rounder. you can use this every where without a worry. before alloy wheel upgrade you can it to some extant but after the alloy wheel upgrade the bike has become the ultimate all rounder bike in this range.it is my personal opinion but i like interceptor more the gt because it more practical than gt 650.

ride with your own stock engine you can feel the power

it was good experience of buying the Interceptor 650 and it was my dream bike. initial, I felt some weight but nowadays it is easy to handle. you can feel the power when you ride on a highway. Because it is fully designed for the cruising segment, but some members compare it with the racing segment, but it is a fully cruise bike.

Don’t ever buy a Royal Enfield

Royal Enfield Interceptor 650

Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 review - The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 receives generally positive reviews, lauded for its refined and torquey 648cc parallel-twin engine, comfortable riding position, and excellent value for money, all packaged in an appealing retro design. While its significant weight can make maneuvering tiring at low speeds and the suspension can feel stiff, the bike offers good overall build quality and features like standard dual-channel ABS. The Interceptor 650 is seen as a capable and effortless cruiser for both city commuting and highway riding.
