The buying experience was great as the bike was available which I selected so it's was quite good if I talk about the bike it is completely insane as the handling of this bike is improved from the past and the dual-channel abs were cherry on cake moreover in comparison to older version new enfield provides great braking which gave the rider great confidence to ride it for long and most importantly the exhaust it is also quite good in the beginning it will sound slightly low but after you drive to for like 250km then the sound improves and you can feel the dug dug
However, there is one thing which I personally hate about re they still provide tube tire in more than 2lac bike
Rest is good and needs to clean on daily basis to maintain the shine of the vehicle.

1. The buying experience was terrible.
I bought the bike last year in July from sukhmani motors .
They took 2.42 lakh rupees for classic 350 chrome black in advance and delivers the bike after 2 days.
First, they said that bike will be delivered the same day but when I came back with the cash they said that it can't be delivered the same day till the no plate comes and all money should be paid in advance so that was too hectic for me.
2 . The ride quality is overall good. The engine's sweet point is 70 to 80 above that it goes upto 115-120 km /hr . But this is a cruiser bike, not racing so it's decent.
But after 6/7 months of riding sometimes my bike gets auto cut and sometimes it doesn't start until the accelerator is taken the service center was unable to detect the problem which is till now but it happens sometimes.
3. Looks of the bike are appealing and give an old-school look that is unbeatable.
Performance for the city ride is excellent.
For highway, after 80 it is average till 100 because of vibration.
4. Servicing is too expensive for a new bike
Maintenance is also expensive as the city average is 28/30 km / l .
5. Pros are the look and royal feel and goodwill of the bike and its durability.
cons are its expensive maintenance and top end due to vibration.

Bought classic 350 9 yrs. ago. Was happy about riding experience. Bike looks muscular. Performance is good. But the main problem is with the servicing. People call it 'bullet means haathi paalna'. Because maintenance is high. Bike parts are not that much of good & not long lasting. Continuously need to replace the parts.

I am having this bike since from 2020 and having a awesome experience with this bike because of comfort power full torque and its monster engine so i suggest that any one can buy this bike with their budget and don't make stunts and other things with this bike because it is a heavy vehicle.

Last month I felt low pickup when the engine get hot. I visited the service center for the issue, but they are not able to diagnose the issue and told me that everything is fine. Last Sunday, I took my bike for a ride, and after driving about 20-30km, it stopped going beyond 60kmph. I visited them again and now again they are telling me that everything is fine.

I went to book re standard with kick start but my dad saw the new classic 350 with gun metal grey colour, impressed and asked dealer for the details the sales executive said the waiting period is 1 to 2 months due the demand for the variant i selected. Still my dad agreed and paid booking amount next day i got a call from dealership saying that one of the costumer cancelled the booking of same variant and if you ok you'll get delivery tomorrow only. That day was my lucky day saturday my dad also so happy for early delivery.
He also enjoyed the ride along with me
Riding experience is excellent as per my opinion and the engine sound and some changes with gear box the bike is so smooth and comfortable.
The look is so killing if ride it without pillion seat i'm riding this beast from last 2 month in the bangalore city sometimes i absorbed that many people are watching me and asked details. The performance is so good at it's level and mileage is 38km/l. Top speed is 136km/h mine
The 1st service for 500kms cost me 1600+rupees due to oil change
Pros: good looking and royal feeling with comfortable riding experience
Cons: compare to other variant its expensive
you'll get only fiber type mirrors
Sometimes the rear disk brake makes some noise due to dust.
Final opinion: the beast is best for city or long ride without getting any back pain and very powerful once heat up.

Best in the town now, I am using it from two months no vibration in reborn classic 350, best riding comfort, handle is uncomfortable lightly, ride gently it will give good mileage , turnoff the engine in traffic always , very useful from charge plug , thanks for the royal enfield to gave a good experience without vibrations

The buying experience was good. Riding experience is average because of road conditions. The look is good but the performance didn't meet expectations. Servicing and maintenance are too much. Because in each 6 months, I spend an average 7000 for service. Labor charges are also very high in authorized service centers. The focus is on profit only. And there is no chance to make better relationships with customers. It was a brand. Maintenance is difficult for the middle class and it's below-financial background users.
