Reviews of Royal Enfield Bullet 500

Not too sure if this is the correct forum to start this thread. But as i could not get any relevant information with regards to the bullet 500, i am starting this thread.Please merge this thread with any available options.From my school days, i have always liked and loved the royal enfields. Still remember the time, when our neighbourhood uncle used to come back from his office, and we used to know about his arrival much before we could see him. Yes, it was the thud, that gave him away. Back then, owning a bullet meant many things, depending upon the perception. For someone , like my mom, it is the bike of the milkman. Yet, for others, it is the bike of the "policewala". Whatever be the choice and the image it had, royal enfield, is always royal. The name itself has the royal-ness in it. Don't you agree? off-course owning one at that time was never possible as it was a strictly "no-no" motorcycle. Though much later i did come to know, that dad also likes the bullets...

Legendary bike when it ride feels like proud . This bikes are fashion for Indians. Now a days these bike craze at peeks.I loves these bikes. We can't talk about these bike why because love not told in talking like these only feeling is thing in the ride of royal enfield bike. We can see the name only we see royalty.

uce engine has less mechanical problems than cast iron..
cons
rusts quickly
seats are so tough requires more cushioning
difficult to start when kept for rain some time..
build quality is average for a bike of this price.
vibration(sure for a single cylinder engine producing this much torque and displacement)

I like bike very much.I use bullet 500 from 2016. Best in class, comfortable for long ride. Not for racing. Mileage is 35 + on long ride.In city around 30 kmpl. Drop point is there is no fuel meter. I use around 10,000 kilometer in 3 years. After sales service is not good.Need to improve their service.

I have taken this bike on rent for trip to leh ladakh from delhi .. Probably , this is the only bike which can accustom to those adverse conditions and make your journey hassle free ..It’s stylish , make you feel riding on cloud 9 .. Mileage is pretty reasonable , 30 + km/ litre for its heavy duty is pretty considerate ..

Standard bullet is old looking bike but it is very good in performance , comfortable and in other things . It's average was little less because i had changed its silencer . I had this bike in forest green colour and it's seat guard is better than the classic. I think it is better than classic . I think it is made for standard people.

This is a amazing bike. I am riding this since i got to know its power. Bullet gives a royal riding experience truly.Royal enfield make this improved. I like its sound the most. A royal sound from exhaust. I take it to jammu and it gave me a comfortable ride. It has engine of 500 cc which gives good power.

The bike is very good. Its power is amazing and i liked the bike a lot. The abs feature is very good & useful.The bike is quite heavy but very much durable & attractive.The bike feel like a heavy monster that could crush everything in his way.It is very smooth & very close to my heart.This is the best.

Everything feels good. Starter bearing changed after 15000 kms. On road it’s royal looking and proud to feel. Super riding experience and comfort. It’s worthy and give happiness while riding. If affordable, it’s good.I didn’t do any modifications. It’s already gentle and handsome no need any extra makeup.
