I bought this vehicle after waiting for 3 month.. And this is very worth and i am happy to buy this vehicle as i was in dilemma that weather to buy this vehicle or not because of new launch... I was about to buy hero electric but thought to try a new this time and go for pure finally.... Hearing of 3 months notice period I was about to cancel but still will all other electric vehicle I convinced to pure company and thought to wait and after waiting for 3 months I finally got my vehicle with super look and comfort ride.... I wanted to check the mileage so firstly i charged 100% and took a ride... I thought it will give 90km but surprisingly it gave 120km exactly for 100% charge... And m very happy too buy and suggest the viewers to go for pure and go green.... Just loved it

I paid 95000/- but got the invoice of 82000/- in January 2022, vehicle battery got damaged in February meanwhile on request they gave me a temporary battery after seven months I got my old battery after many follow-ups. But the very next day my vehicle was getting stuck after 3 to 4 km running I complained several times shop owner said he can't help me out as he himself is tired of the service received from the company and might shut the store soon. Guys don't buy any vehicle of pure etrance has a poor battery and poor service I paid almost 1 lakh not even using it for 3 months so will go to consumer court soon.

I just brought this bike 2 days ago Its awesome. Range is approximately 120km and the shock absorbers would be better.. But overall bike is good for 20-30 km long on single side journey.
Pick up is nice..
Tyre size should be 12"
Service could be better
Seat size is ample..
3 people are comfortable..

Very worst quality scooter with no service after the sale, Hubli showroom closed, and no information was given about it, now more than three months still battery laying Dharwad center they are telling no components received from the company to replace are telling to speak to the company, but when after a long try to tollfree no replay,
Don't buy these Pure EV brand vehicles.

Very inferior accessories parts are been used, even if the battery is half charged it takes nearly 4 to 5 hours to recharge, the leg mat slips very often resulting in loss if not taken care of, and too many jerks are experienced even at low speed, the headlight is also ok, not even a year has passed it started rusting.
To be frank not at all worth this cost. Even after complaining to customer care, nothing is been done. The only assurance is been given.

Showroom staffs are good and helpful. It was very smooth buying.
Pros-
1)Good range - got more than 95km every time in 2 and 3 mode.
2) Good battery indicator
3) Brakes are really smooth.
4) Tires are of good quality.
Cons-
1) Size of scooty is very small. Even if the pillion is thin still it will be little uncomfortable.
2) This scooty is good for people of height 5'6" or less. Above this people will have issue in smooth turning. You need to bring out your legs outside to turn.
3) Suspensions have issues. I started getting sounds when it goes through speed breakers hoping my 1st service will fix it.
I have ridden this scooty for just 600 km. Based upon which I gave this review. Please don't think to buy this scooty and ride your fat Indian mom, your mom won't fit in that space.

I bought this bike last 10 days ago. After driving with top speed of 50 km/h to 57 km/h, there was no more speed above 57 km/h to 60 km/h. I will try for a simple test with out any load in bike then show me 61 kmph. After load the bike showed me 50 km/h to 60 km/h. Its the best point. Its is used for 5' feet to 5'6 inch person freely. But its is the best bike for retired government employees and mature man and young man who love slow drives it. Its not for young man who loves speed drive. Now tension for petrol. Only charge and go. After some time go then i will comment again for this bike..

I purchased a PURE EV electric 2-wheeler on April 1, 2022, and within a year of ownership, I have encountered multiple instances of battery malfunction. According to the warranty terms and my understanding of the product, I expected the battery to function optimally for an extended period. However, the reality has been far from satisfactory.
To provide a clear overview of the situation:
1) I have filed two formal complaints about the erratic performance of the battery. PURE EV has taken the unit for repairs on both occasions and returned it to me. Unfortunately, these repairs did not result in significant improvements, and the problem persists.
2) My feedback regarding the battery's performance issues has seemingly gone unnoticed or unaddressed by PURE EV. Despite reporting the issue and suggesting possible solutions, there has been no proactive response or follow-up from their end.
3) Recently, I have encountered difficulties in reaching PURE EV through emails, as they have stopped responding to my communications. This lack of responsiveness has further aggravated my concerns.
The crux of my complaint revolves around the fact that the PURE EV had originally promised a range of 120 kilometers on a single charge for the electric 2-wheeler I purchased. However, even after a year of ownership and multiple repair attempts, I find it challenging to use the vehicle for rides exceeding 70 kilometers without experiencing battery-related issues.
Currently not able to use the scooter at all. The battery is completely dead.

--pros
1. Look good

1. Huge sound in battery cabinet, no proper fixture to hold the battery, so it's keep on jumping, so much of sound like you are putting some rock in your dickey
2. The worst part is charging time is very high, it takes 5 hrs. For charging for full charge, show room people told 3-4 hours..
3. There are 6 bars on charging indicator, pick up is ok till 4 bars, 5th and 6th bar pick up is very poor. Not happy
5. Quality of the bike is very poor, material in the parts getting rust.
6. Side stand is very poor, its getting bend when we park on side stand. Some times its felling down
7. The paint/prints getting pealed of after 1 month, you cannot see the indications prints on dash board and back support.
8. Poor quality tires and shock absorbers, shock absorbers don't absorb shocks properly, you will be keep on jumping for small bumps and pits.
It heart your back for sure.
do not purchase this brand, please try another brand. If you still wants to purchase its upto you,
