Buying was smooth, riding is ok because low suspension and thin fiber body, look and performance of battery is good, service is ok. Thin fiber body makes noise on uneven roads, Low suspension so have to be careful on humps, poor quality fiber and design for back wheel mudguard so got broken within 1500 km low speed drive. Center stand spring not good so it always jumps on uneven roads while driving, battery charging at home but have to charge 2-3 times with intervals to get full charge. Every time it shows it's fully charge but if you charge again after some time it takes charge. And with this trick it gives good range. Front light is so so in night to drive. Top speed is 55 when battery full charge. And will reduce to 50-51 if battery is charge less then 50%.Battery jumps a lot under the sit and the company belt is not good to hold it. With me 2 times it got broke. So last I did trick by filling stuff on top and side of battery which can hold it under the sit. But it's smooth on smooth roads, and gives 100 plus km range on one charge with driving less then 45. So good for daily city drive. I am using it for daily average 75 km drive in Bangalore from past 20+ days.
Tips for PURE EV ETrance Neo
Go slow on humps or else it will take hit. Drive on level 1 with moving traffic small roads, and coming down from fly overs or if you see the signal you are reaching is on red to save battery. Charge battery for 2-3 times at interval even if it shows green at the end of every charge.

Only one word for such a garbage EV (TOOOH).Within one year and 4 months, the vehicle was with the service people. The battery has a lot of problems and was given for service again now they are not replacing nor returning the old battery. Many people have reported the same issue. It's a defective EV. My request is for all not to think of buying this EV.

Vehicle battery problem, after getting the service, after 50 km reached vehicle stopped. Then I contacted the service centre, but there was no proper response and I will try to contact pure EV toll-free number. it was always busy. Battery sent for company service. after 1 year still now I am not received it. My vehicle getting scrapped without battery. One suggestion for all. Don't buy the Pure EV vehicle. Customer service and Vehicle service are very very poor.

I purchased a PURE EV electric 2-wheeler on April 1, 2022, and within a year of ownership, I have encountered multiple instances of battery malfunction. According to the warranty terms and my understanding of the product, I expected the battery to function optimally for an extended period. However, the reality has been far from satisfactory.To provide a clear overview of the situation:1) I have filed two formal complaints about the erratic performance of the battery. PURE EV has taken the unit for repairs on both occasions and returned it to me. Unfortunately, these repairs did not result in significant improvements, and the problem persists.2) My feedback regarding the battery's performance issues has seemingly gone unnoticed or unaddressed by PURE EV. Despite reporting the issue and suggesting possible solutions, there has been no proactive response or follow-up from their end.3) Recently, I have encountered difficulties in reaching PURE EV through emails, as they have stopped responding to my communications. This lack of responsiveness has further aggravated my concerns.The crux of my complaint revolves around the fact that the PURE EV had originally promised a range of 120 kilometers on a single charge for the electric 2-wheeler I purchased. However, even after a year of ownership and multiple repair attempts, I find it challenging to use the vehicle for rides exceeding 70 kilometers without experiencing battery-related issues.Currently not able to use the scooter at all. The battery is completely dead.

The wheels have lesser dimensions and the possibility of skidding. performance wise very poor. Mileage and pickup are not as good as they claim in advertisements. service center performance average. no response from 45 days for the battery replacement given. battery performance is very poor and horrible. recommended for others NOT to buy e trance. service wise very poor. think before you buy.

Very poor avoid to purchase etrance pure bike and scooty

Within six months charging problem was raised. After informing to service centre problem was not solved. They have not registered the complaint after so many calls over the last 15 days. The showroom is also closed from where I bought it. They have only one service centre in Delhi and after many calls and telling them my problem not registered my complaint for that one service centre.

Very worst quality scooter with no service after the sale, Hubli showroom closed, and no information was given about it, now more than three months still battery laying Dharwad center they are telling no components received from the company to replace are telling to speak to the company, but when after a long try to tollfree no replay,Don't buy these Pure EV brand vehicles.

Horrible bike horrible service & horrible battery no value for money

I paid 95000/- but got the invoice of 82000/- in January 2022, vehicle battery got damaged in February meanwhile on request they gave me a temporary battery after seven months I got my old battery after many follow-ups. But the very next day my vehicle was getting stuck after 3 to 4 km running I complained several times shop owner said he can't help me out as he himself is tired of the service received from the company and might shut the store soon. Guys don't buy any vehicle of pure etrance has a poor battery and poor service I paid almost 1 lakh not even using it for 3 months so will go to consumer court soon.

Worst ev vehicle in the present market I had read some reviews and bought this vehicle but after 8 months all buttons stopped working, all sensors stopped working properly, this worst vehicle gets only 80kmpl for one charge, and the charger not working properly and no response from showroom peoples.

Very inferior accessories parts are been used, even if the battery is half charged it takes nearly 4 to 5 hours to recharge, the leg mat slips very often resulting in loss if not taken care of, and too many jerks are experienced even at low speed, the headlight is also ok, not even a year has passed it started rusting.To be frank not at all worth this cost. Even after complaining to customer care, nothing is been done. The only assurance is been given.

I buy pure entrance neo in April 2022. The riding experience is very good. Pick-up is very good. The battery is good. The top speed is 57 to 59 . I got top speed on full charged condition 62 kmph. No maintenance is required still. I suggest all to buy this if they required and look into range in 100 km. A very low cost and imperative ev.

Battery sent for company service. after 1 year still now I am not received it. My vehicle getting scrapped without battery. One suggestion for all. Don't buy the Pure EV vehicle. Customer service and Vehicle service are very very poor.

Battery damaged in 6 months.

I purchased a PURE EV electric 2-wheeler on April 1, 2022, and within a year of ownership, I have encountered multiple instances of battery malfunction. According to the warranty terms and my understanding of the product, I expected the battery to function optimally for an extended period. However, the reality has been far from satisfactory.To provide a clear overview of the situation:1) I have filed two formal complaints about the erratic performance of the battery. PURE EV has taken the unit for repairs on both occasions and returned it to me. Unfortunately, these repairs did not result in significant improvements, and the problem persists.2) My feedback regarding the battery's performance issues has seemingly gone unnoticed or unaddressed by PURE EV. Despite reporting the issue and suggesting possible solutions, there has been no proactive response or follow-up from their end.3) Recently, I have encountered difficulties in reaching PURE EV through emails, as they have stopped responding to my communications. This lack of responsiveness has further aggravated my concerns.The crux of my complaint revolves around the fact that the PURE EV had originally promised a range of 120 kilometers on a single charge for the electric 2-wheeler I purchased. However, even after a year of ownership and multiple repair attempts, I find it challenging to use the vehicle for rides exceeding 70 kilometers without experiencing battery-related issues.Currently not able to use the scooter at all. The battery is completely dead.

The wheels have lesser dimensions and the possibility of skidding. performance wise very poor. Mileage and pickup are not as good as they claim in advertisements. service center performance average. no response from 45 days for the battery replacement given. battery performance is very poor and horrible. recommended for others NOT to buy e trance. service wise very poor. think before you buy.

Very poor avoid to purchase etrance pure bike and scooty

Within six months charging problem was raised. After informing to service centre problem was not solved. They have not registered the complaint after so many calls over the last 15 days. The showroom is also closed from where I bought it. They have only one service centre in Delhi and after many calls and telling them my problem not registered my complaint for that one service centre.

Worst pure ev scooter dont buy no service

Very worst quality scooter with no service after the sale, Hubli showroom closed, and no information was given about it, now more than three months still battery laying Dharwad center they are telling no components received from the company to replace are telling to speak to the company, but when after a long try to tollfree no replay,Don't buy these Pure EV brand vehicles.

Horrible bike horrible service & horrible battery no value for money

I paid 95000/- but got the invoice of 82000/- in January 2022, vehicle battery got damaged in February meanwhile on request they gave me a temporary battery after seven months I got my old battery after many follow-ups. But the very next day my vehicle was getting stuck after 3 to 4 km running I complained several times shop owner said he can't help me out as he himself is tired of the service received from the company and might shut the store soon. Guys don't buy any vehicle of pure etrance has a poor battery and poor service I paid almost 1 lakh not even using it for 3 months so will go to consumer court soon.

Worst ev vehicle in the present market I had read some reviews and bought this vehicle but after 8 months all buttons stopped working, all sensors stopped working properly, this worst vehicle gets only 80kmpl for one charge, and the charger not working properly and no response from showroom peoples.

Very inferior accessories parts are been used, even if the battery is half charged it takes nearly 4 to 5 hours to recharge, the leg mat slips very often resulting in loss if not taken care of, and too many jerks are experienced even at low speed, the headlight is also ok, not even a year has passed it started rusting.To be frank not at all worth this cost. Even after complaining to customer care, nothing is been done. The only assurance is been given.

I buy pure entrance neo in April 2022. The riding experience is very good. Pick-up is very good. The battery is good. The top speed is 57 to 59 . I got top speed on full charged condition 62 kmph. No maintenance is required still. I suggest all to buy this if they required and look into range in 100 km. A very low cost and imperative ev.
