    It has been 6 months since i bought this vehicle. There are several problems occurring since past 2 months and they are as follows.
    1) the charger stopped working after 15 days from the date of purchase. Thankfully they replaced it.
    2) the brake sensor deteriorated very quickly. Acceleration would not work and it would stop in the middle of the road sometimes. They charged rs.200 for the sensor.
    3) after 1st service, the display stopped working. They fixed it.
    4) after 2nd service, the horn went off and they charged rs.250 for fixing it.
    5) indicator and head light switch is of very low quality. I have got them changed twice till now.
    6) instead of rubber mat, plastic mat is provided which causes slips.
    7) swing arm makes cranking noises while moving on the road. Even the brakes make such noise when it is used.
    Overall, the build quality is super bad. I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone.

  • Waste of money and time

    If you have surplus black money and want a vehicle for one year and ready to through it to garbage you may buy it.But you should have one reliable petrol vehicle. Very very poor build quality and very expensive maintenance. Company people laugh at its resale value. Not the value for money. In place of one pure buy two petrol bikes, will turn out to be cheaper after two years.

  • A pure disaster

    This is the worst electric vehicle running on the road. Using this vehicle for a year and faced a lot of problems. Suspension is the worst. The Headlight quality is cheap and unfunctional. The display had stooped working in one year itself,
    The service department at the vendor place which is in lb nagar is very bad and the company does not take responsibility for their product mistake. They will never let you claim a warranty for the failed component even within a year of component failure. Overall it's the worst experience.

  • Do you wanna lose your one lakh come here and purchase epluto7g

    Read this review before buying any bike from this company. Maybe it might help you to save your money.
    I purchased a bike on 15th Oct 2021. I am continuously facing issues from the second day. The showroom owner is also aware of it.
    I can't share here the full details here, but I am mentioning what I can.
    1) double stand - while riding on a flat road it was touching the ground so just imagine how it can make a sound on our rough roads
    2) mcb changed 3 times in one year
    3) ebs changed many times each time I paid for it but can't run it for a single month
    4) staring column - (first time I have seen that in the bikes I got a crack in casting)
    5) battery - they say it runs 120km in 1st mode, 110 kms in 2nd mode never got that range moreover battery gets cut off after using 50% charging. Three-time they have sent for repair but still can't find the solutions then they told me to replace the battery and guess what I haven't seen my new battery for at least last seven months. They gave me a replacement battery which I have changed four times and still have issues with the range. They don't have a battery in stock that is what they say and asked me to use what I am using right now. (i have warranty of 5 years in battery but see i can't get my battery with perfect range.
    6) pick up
    7) headlights - won't work properly (you need to use it as your remote- slap it 2-3 times)
    8) switches - they say you don't have a warranty on this if it's not working then it will be chargeable.
    9) horn - they repaired my horn for 3-4 times and afterheat they told me to change it which is chargeable.
    10) new parts after a claim - their new model has been changed a little bit so it can't fit your old models.
    11) remote sensor
    12) handle - bearing issues and handle lose their thread from the nut as a result your handle can play with your life
    13) most of the parts must be changed just after their warranty expires. For example - accelerator, mcb, break wire, etc...
    14) monsoon - switches, display, horn, sidelights, and headlights don't work properly
    15) rear brake - rear brake is not working for the last 8-9 months. In starting they were only tight the break and said okay it's done but after a week I was facing the same issues then they tried to change the liners 2 times and break the wire one time which was paid for by me but still, the issue stays there after trying everything they said there is an issue in the drum. We don't have this part in stock, but we have already ordered it. It’s been more than 2 months now and they didn't receive it till the morning 4th Nov 2022. Later, that day I received a call from the showroom and was informed that you can come and change the drum, but it will be chargeable because my warranty is expired. We already tried to call the pure company to change it in a claim, but they denied it.
    This bike is a complete waste of money. I also told them that it might be a defective piece, please change it but they said we don't have that policy. Everyone in the showroom is aware of my issues. I have called pure customer care many times and talked about my issues, but they said our service engineer will give me a call back which I haven't received to date. I hardly reached them today and talked about my issue. I don’t have the final decision but let’s see.
    Still, if someone wants a test ride, comment down here and I will help you.

  • Don't buy pure ev vehicle

    The riding experience is too much poor. I am using epluto after 2 years I am sharing my experience. Epluto even any pure ev product not worth for money. Don't buy now. It was my mistake because of the plug-in in India.
    Pure ev epluto/7g facing any issue. Steering hard every 3k to 5k km. Maintenance is too much on every service. Many abnormal voices in the vehicle. Jumper failure after 10k km.
    Battery life is to low.
    Initially, I am getting 70-75km for every charge.
    After 10k km drive its 65km
    After 15k km drive now 60km only in a single drive.
    It will be only 34-40km range after 30k km drive/3 yrs.
    Don't buy any pure ev.

  • Please don’t buy pure ev bikes

    I had brought and e pluto 7g on 12.05.2022
    At sri enterprise kundrathur chennai 600128
    On 2.08.2022 suddenly while I am driving the vehicle in the middle of the road vehicle stopped.
    Then I contacted sri enterprise they told sent the vehicle to towing service.
    Then after one week, they call me about the battery issue the battery has to send hyderabad head office.
    After a 10 they gave me a rotational battery with only 60 km traveling capacity. I had struggled a lot due to this low-range battery.
    After I have called to customer car for more than 60 days then only they send me back the battery
    After 3 days the same problem when the battery reached 50 % it automatically vehicle turned off again in stock at the middle of the road again I sent my vehicle to the service place
    Then had told aging the battery issue have to send hyderabad head office for service
    For more than 40 days my vehicle at the service cent
    Due to they don’t have rotational batteries
    That time also in had contacted them many times with to customer's car they didn’t respond properly after a severe time I forced customer care they connected me to the battery department head he promised me this time we will rectify the issue again you do not get this problem.
    Now the same repeated
    After a long follow-up with your team member
    I got my battery on 5.4.2023
    Today morning @ 8 am riding the vehicle on the highway suddenly vehicle stopped at 50% battery I had a sudden shock it happened when I am over taking a big truck oh my god it was my good time
    At the time I had to contact your customer car and also the service center.
    They had simply tell send the vehicle to towing service
    If I got into an accident on time who will be tack care of my family
    Your people don’t give value to other people's life
    I had spent my harden money we buy the vehicle
    In the 11 months, my vehicle was left at the service center for more the 3 months
    For the 3 months also I had to pay the EMI with you using that.
    Please improve your service team knowledge.

    The buying experience was ok. The look of the bike is good, Very poor service. Terrible battery experience. The vehicle suddenly stops while running. Battery dead, Very unsafe and Service centre closed permanently. No reply on a phone call. All showrooms closed. Pathetic and irresponsible behaviour of the company towards customers.
    Non-reliable, worst company. Customers are crying. Company Hav no care.

    Bought pure ev Epluto thinking it was an IIT HYDERABAD product, ran it to 30,000 km, battery performance was half the promised, and gave 30 km mileage. After a few days ride it for 5 km and stopped. Send it to the company and a reply come from the company after 60 days that there was no warranty and they ask me to pay 7500 rupees for MBF, recommend to install then the issue will 100 percent be solved, so I paid and receive it after 20 days and again ride my bike. It gives 60 km mileage, which was good till 1st week, and again the same problem 5km mileage. Informed the showroom about the same problem and again the company told me to send the battery to the company and again come to me after 60 days, with again same issues and now I dumped this scooter permanently, my advice is not to buy this brand, rather burn your money.

  • Bike stops suddenly even though indicator shows full charging.

    The bike stops suddenly even though the indicator shows full charging. Happened twice. No solution received yet.
    Changed the battery connector cord. No proven milage (80-90) not sure why the company is claiming 120 km.
    I use mostly single-person rides in the second mode.
    The dealer suggested keeping the charging on alternate days even though the consumption of the battery is low. On average 12kms per day is the commuted distance. No improvement in the milage and facing sudden battery.
    Not getting the confidence to go for long distances of more than 25km because of these issues.

    Giving a range of 25-30 kms

  • Build quality is super bad and the parts get deteriorated very quickly.

    It has been 6 months since i bought this vehicle. There are several problems occurring since past 2 months and they are as follows.
    1) the charger stopped working after 15 days from the date of purchase. Thankfully they replaced it.
    2) the brake sensor deteriorated very quickly. Acceleration would not work and it would stop in the middle of the road sometimes. They charged rs.200 for the sensor.
    3) after 1st service, the display stopped working. They fixed it.
    4) after 2nd service, the horn went off and they charged rs.250 for fixing it.
    5) indicator and head light switch is of very low quality. I have got them changed twice till now.
    6) instead of rubber mat, plastic mat is provided which causes slips.
    7) swing arm makes cranking noises while moving on the road. Even the brakes make such noise when it is used.
    Overall, the build quality is super bad. I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone.

    If you have surplus black money and want a vehicle for one year and ready to through it to garbage you may buy it.But you should have one reliable petrol vehicle. Very very poor build quality and very expensive maintenance. Company people laugh at its resale value. Not the value for money. In place of one pure buy two petrol bikes, will turn out to be cheaper after two years.

    This is the worst electric vehicle running on the road. Using this vehicle for a year and faced a lot of problems. Suspension is the worst. The Headlight quality is cheap and unfunctional. The display had stooped working in one year itself,
    The service department at the vendor place which is in lb nagar is very bad and the company does not take responsibility for their product mistake. They will never let you claim a warranty for the failed component even within a year of component failure. Overall it's the worst experience.

    Read this review before buying any bike from this company. Maybe it might help you to save your money.
    I purchased a bike on 15th Oct 2021. I am continuously facing issues from the second day. The showroom owner is also aware of it.
    I can't share here the full details here, but I am mentioning what I can.
    1) double stand - while riding on a flat road it was touching the ground so just imagine how it can make a sound on our rough roads
    2) mcb changed 3 times in one year
    3) ebs changed many times each time I paid for it but can't run it for a single month
    4) staring column - (first time I have seen that in the bikes I got a crack in casting)
    5) battery - they say it runs 120km in 1st mode, 110 kms in 2nd mode never got that range moreover battery gets cut off after using 50% charging. Three-time they have sent for repair but still can't find the solutions then they told me to replace the battery and guess what I haven't seen my new battery for at least last seven months. They gave me a replacement battery which I have changed four times and still have issues with the range. They don't have a battery in stock that is what they say and asked me to use what I am using right now. (i have warranty of 5 years in battery but see i can't get my battery with perfect range.
    6) pick up
    7) headlights - won't work properly (you need to use it as your remote- slap it 2-3 times)
    8) switches - they say you don't have a warranty on this if it's not working then it will be chargeable.
    9) horn - they repaired my horn for 3-4 times and afterheat they told me to change it which is chargeable.
    10) new parts after a claim - their new model has been changed a little bit so it can't fit your old models.
    11) remote sensor
    12) handle - bearing issues and handle lose their thread from the nut as a result your handle can play with your life
    13) most of the parts must be changed just after their warranty expires. For example - accelerator, mcb, break wire, etc...
    14) monsoon - switches, display, horn, sidelights, and headlights don't work properly
    15) rear brake - rear brake is not working for the last 8-9 months. In starting they were only tight the break and said okay it's done but after a week I was facing the same issues then they tried to change the liners 2 times and break the wire one time which was paid for by me but still, the issue stays there after trying everything they said there is an issue in the drum. We don't have this part in stock, but we have already ordered it. It’s been more than 2 months now and they didn't receive it till the morning 4th Nov 2022. Later, that day I received a call from the showroom and was informed that you can come and change the drum, but it will be chargeable because my warranty is expired. We already tried to call the pure company to change it in a claim, but they denied it.
    This bike is a complete waste of money. I also told them that it might be a defective piece, please change it but they said we don't have that policy. Everyone in the showroom is aware of my issues. I have called pure customer care many times and talked about my issues, but they said our service engineer will give me a call back which I haven't received to date. I hardly reached them today and talked about my issue. I don’t have the final decision but let’s see.
    Still, if someone wants a test ride, comment down here and I will help you.

    The riding experience is too much poor. I am using epluto after 2 years I am sharing my experience. Epluto even any pure ev product not worth for money. Don't buy now. It was my mistake because of the plug-in in India.
    Pure ev epluto/7g facing any issue. Steering hard every 3k to 5k km. Maintenance is too much on every service. Many abnormal voices in the vehicle. Jumper failure after 10k km.
    Battery life is to low.
    Initially, I am getting 70-75km for every charge.
    After 10k km drive its 65km
    After 15k km drive now 60km only in a single drive.
    It will be only 34-40km range after 30k km drive/3 yrs.
    Don't buy any pure ev.

    I had brought and e pluto 7g on 12.05.2022
    At sri enterprise kundrathur chennai 600128
    On 2.08.2022 suddenly while I am driving the vehicle in the middle of the road vehicle stopped.
    Then I contacted sri enterprise they told sent the vehicle to towing service.
    Then after one week, they call me about the battery issue the battery has to send hyderabad head office.
    After a 10 they gave me a rotational battery with only 60 km traveling capacity. I had struggled a lot due to this low-range battery.
    After I have called to customer car for more than 60 days then only they send me back the battery
    After 3 days the same problem when the battery reached 50 % it automatically vehicle turned off again in stock at the middle of the road again I sent my vehicle to the service place
    Then had told aging the battery issue have to send hyderabad head office for service
    For more than 40 days my vehicle at the service cent
    Due to they don’t have rotational batteries
    That time also in had contacted them many times with to customer's car they didn’t respond properly after a severe time I forced customer care they connected me to the battery department head he promised me this time we will rectify the issue again you do not get this problem.
    Now the same repeated
    After a long follow-up with your team member
    I got my battery on 5.4.2023
    Today morning @ 8 am riding the vehicle on the highway suddenly vehicle stopped at 50% battery I had a sudden shock it happened when I am over taking a big truck oh my god it was my good time
    At the time I had to contact your customer car and also the service center.
    They had simply tell send the vehicle to towing service
    If I got into an accident on time who will be tack care of my family
    Your people don’t give value to other people's life
    I had spent my harden money we buy the vehicle
    In the 11 months, my vehicle was left at the service center for more the 3 months
    For the 3 months also I had to pay the EMI with you using that.
    Please improve your service team knowledge.

Battery dead, Very unsafe and Service centre closed permanently. No reply on a phone call. All showrooms closed. Pathetic and irresponsible behaviour of the company towards customers.
    Non-reliable, worst company. Customers are crying. Company Hav no care.

    Bought pure ev Epluto thinking it was an IIT HYDERABAD product, ran it to 30,000 km, battery performance was half the promised, and gave 30 km mileage. After a few days ride it for 5 km and stopped. Send it to the company and a reply come from the company after 60 days that there was no warranty and they ask me to pay 7500 rupees for MBF, recommend to install then the issue will 100 percent be solved, so I paid and receive it after 20 days and again ride my bike. It gives 60 km mileage, which was good till 1st week, and again the same problem 5km mileage. Informed the showroom about the same problem and again the company told me to send the battery to the company and again come to me after 60 days, with again same issues and now I dumped this scooter permanently, my advice is not to buy this brand, rather burn your money.

    The bike stops suddenly even though the indicator shows full charging. Happened twice. No solution received yet.
    Changed the battery connector cord. No proven milage (80-90) not sure why the company is claiming 120 km.
    I use mostly single-person rides in the second mode.
    The dealer suggested keeping the charging on alternate days even though the consumption of the battery is low. On average 12kms per day is the commuted distance. No improvement in the milage and facing sudden battery.
    Not getting the confidence to go for long distances of more than 25km because of these issues.
