It's the worst EV in total EV industry battery was lost 3 months after purchase, showroom people are service center staff and company correspondents no one can't give any response for my issue, so the people who want to buy this please won't think about this product. Very poor service regarding battery replacement I have not been able to get a battery replacement for the last 4 months. Toll-free or call centers are jokers they just hang up. The company has no intention to give service. So even if the bike looks good don't go for it there is hard that a local dealer can do if company support is poor.

I had the worst experience after buying the scooter within 3 months scooter battery problem started.They have promised me about 110km average but scooter barely goes 40 km. Every time one or the other part is not working. And service center do not provide good service. And they have only advised me to put scooter in scrap. Please don't buy this epluto 7g scooter it's a worst product
