It's the worst EV in total EV industry battery was lost 3 months after purchase, showroom people are service center staff and company correspondents no one can't give any response for my issue, so the people who want to buy this please won't think about this product. It neither saves money ( draining money in service and repair) nor gives comfort...Very often face troubles with inbuilt components brakes, lights, switches, etc. And the charger fails frequently. Driving too looks unsafe no balance. It is wobble often. Light low. Not good for a night ride. No space for luggage.

Worst ever service from pure. The battery didn't work after 4 months. They were sent to pure service and they returned after 20 days. After 3 months we got the same issue. Again they asked us to send the battery again, so you have to keep your bike aside for 20 more days. I can't use my bike for 40 days within one year. Created multiple incidents with pure and no action from them.Worst ever experience from the dealer also.
