It's the worst EV in total EV industry battery was lost 3 months after purchase, showroom people are service center staff and company correspondents no one can't give any response for my issue, so the people who want to buy this please won't think about this product. Very bad experience

Very bad experience facing many issues its spare parts are very weak and the battery gives me a lot of problems also company claims fake mileage. Bought it just 5 months ago and I went to a service center 4 times due to battery issues! the mudguard is broken very soon and it's producing a very bad sound. The vehicle is totally trash!

Bad Dealer service

I purchased epluto scooter but dealer didn't provided original battery and charger, always when I ask for this thing he gives me another date . I will never purchase this bike again and not suggest any one also . Dealer service is very bad. Dealer received full payment from my side but didn't provided me my charger and battery.
