It's the worst EV in total EV industry battery was lost 3 months after purchase, showroom people are service center staff and company correspondents no one can't give any response for my issue, so the people who want to buy this please won't think about this product. Big mistake by choosing this

We buy 2 vehicles from this manufacturer that is epluto 7g, it is now 9 and 10 months old, we face many problems and it gives very stress to us because is stopped in mid of the road, battery cell balancing is done on both vehicle, we lose our confidence to drive this vehicle, and personally I took the survey many of then told the same problem, spares are also very worst quality, we plan to return the vehicle, if they didn't accept it we will burn it.

Don't waste your money

I started seeing the real problem after 3500 kms. The vehicle battery going offline from 4 bars(out of 6 bars) of charge while on the run. I complained and sent the battery to the company via the showroom for fixing and I got the battery back after 3 months but again the same problem within 150kms of usage.
