This is a very bad product. Product Quality is very Cheap and the battery has a major issue of voltage drop, which means the battery decrease performance frequently. After 6 months battery gives 50 to 60 km mileage only. There is no support from the company or showroom. Switches and charging cables of scooters and charger burns very frequently. The staff behavior of the Delhi service center is very rude. So I Recommended to don't buy it.

no support from service center and company, battery drop milage after 5000 km, in case of battery submit for repair at least 2 months you have to wait for your battery and they do not provide any backup battery for use. Switches and charging cables of scooty and charger burns very frequently. I have change 4 times in 2 years.

Poor plastic quality, range, after sales service. Nothing is good in this scooter.... It's a waste of money... You'll have to face battery problems every month... Parts availability is worst .... Front shockers don't work.... You'll have to replace front wheel bearing every month.... Parts used in scooty are very cheap...Worst ev ever... It's a waste to money and time...

Worst thing you can have for your daily life use

Bad bad bad experienceI recently purchased the ev 7g Pluto, and I must say that I am very disappointed with its performance and overall quality. The promises made by the manufacturer did not align with the actual experience I had with this device. Allow me to elaborate on the specific aspects that fell short of my expectations:1. Battery life: one of the main reasons I chose the ev 7g Pluto was its claimed long battery life. However, in reality, the battery drains much faster than advertised. Even with minimal usage, I found myself needing to recharge the device multiple times throughout the day, which is highly inconvenient.2. Build quality: the overall build quality of the ev 7g Pluto leaves much to be desired. The plasticky in hand, lacked the premium feel that was promised. Additionally, the buttons and ports are not well-aligned, giving an impression of poor craftsmanship.3. Performance issues: the performance of the ev 7g Pluto was another major disappointment.In conclusion, the ev 7g Pluto has failed to live up to its advertised features and has left me feeling disappointed. The battery life, performance, build quality, and software experience fall short of what was promised, making it difficult for me to recommend this device to others. I hope the manufacturer notes these issues and works towards improving their product in the future.
