It's the worst EV in total EV industry battery was lost 3 months after purchase, showroom people are service center staff and company correspondents no one can't give any response for my issue, so the people who want to buy this please won't think about this product. Don't waste your money

I started seeing the real problem after 3500 kms. The vehicle battery going offline from 4 bars(out of 6 bars) of charge while on the run. I complained and sent the battery to the company via the showroom for fixing and I got the battery back after 3 months but again the same problem within 150kms of usage.

Worst experience, spares are substandard quality. Battery failure, no use of warranty. Warranty is for name sake. Told to install MBF for the battery during my warranty and I did that for 4000 Rs, That too failed in a few weeks. Service center people are not interested in claiming a warranty. The brake wire and indicator switches go off very frequently. Spares are also very costly. Please don't buy it.
