The Okaya Freedum is a low-speed electric scooter. It retails at Rs 74,899 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and can be booked on the company’s official website with a token amount of Rs 2,500.
Powering the Okaya Freedum is a 250Watt BLDC motor mated to a 1.44kWh battery. Its maximum charging time is four to five hours which gives you a range of 75km. The Freedum electric scooter’s top speed is limited to 25kmph.
It looks quite utilitarian and gets a family-friendly design. The Okaya Faast also gets a dash of youthfulness with its sharp fascia. It seems practical too, with a single-piece seat and adequate floorboard area.
Okaya has equipped the Faast with telescopic front forks, a single rear spring, and 10mm front and rear drum brakes. This electric scooter also features LED DRL, a digital instrument console, and an LED taillight. Okaya offers the Faast e-scooter in four colours: Ash Grey, Pearl White, Symphony Silver, and Fiery Red.
