I have owned an Ola s1x+ scooter but it hasn't changed from my charger. I have visited the Ola service centre many times but my concern has not been solved yet They told me that if my scooter not charging that is not our concern so please don't buy any Ola scooters. If you don't have trust on me. Then go to the Ola service centre and spend half an hour you will understand everything.

From day one I have had a very bad experience with this bike. On day one bike's side stand broke down.
It's broken twice in two months. Now bike has been standing idle for the last 4 days waiting for service personnel to come and repair it. Don't rely on the side stand of this bike. Get one main stand fitted with extra cost.

It's been 4 months since I bought this bike. I ride it to travel to work for around 40 kms daily, and it has started hanging. 5-6 episodes occurred, even after service people repaired it. cannot trust this bike. Stops in the middle of traffic. Once the truck from behind was almost coming and hitting me as it got hang in between.
it would be the worst investment to buy this.
Very risky to health and inconvenient
And the service is a big hassle. it's not easily available as we have to raise a ticket and they take days to come home, even after the ticket is issued

Riding experience is good for a height of 5'8
Looks are amazing and good road presence
Performance is feeling very powerful such a good acceleration
Pros- Good range and good ride quality
Cons- Decent build quality and few charging stations

1. Buying experience very good. I bought everything from them like insurance etc so that delivery is fast.
2. Riding experience is great. With various options like sports and hyper. It is best in class.
3. Looks and performance is excellent. The boot space is very good.
4. Servicing I have not given and no need to buy their high service package rather than go for a basic plan.

Good ride
Save petrol.
Good options like sports and hyper.
Cons:
Light is not enough at night. The night beam could have been better.
I wish the battery removable option was there.
Hypercharge is not working most of the time.
