    They cheated customers by creating hype. It stops surely but no one attends for service. Please don’t buy.
    Customer service, they never lift. Don’t expect a service person will visit.
    They don’t respond to emails too.
    After 10 days, I tried roadside assistance, and it worked.
    But my decision is wrong with ola scooter.
    In my opinion, it’s not a reliable company, it’s to cheat on its customers.

  • Worst customer service

    Worst customer care service, it takes 30-45 mins just to get to a customer service agent, and even after that, no proper timelines are communicated. I had a minor issue with an address mismatch for my rto registration, they requested for additional documents after 3-4 days, which I shared immediately. Now even after 6-7 days, I haven't received any information regarding any process. I haven't received any call from rto registration agency which works after you provide vahan otp. I requested customer care many times to escalate my issue or get me in touch with someone who could give me a proper response. Which I always answered or the team will get in touch with you. This is the most they have talked to me. I just wondered even before getting my vehicle, it takes so much time to resolve any issues, not sure what would happen at the time of services or roadside assistance. I feel trapped by paying the whole amount, I will not recommend anyone else to get in this situation, stick to traditional 2-vehicle companies they are also providing great options now. If this gets the attention of ola management, I would really like to resolve this issue.

  • Beware and don't go for ola ev scooters

    Bad experience
    Bad experience I had with my ola s1 pro. The battery gets drained, even though showing a 50 km range balance on the scooter panel. Due to the battery not being detachable, I have faced lots of inconveniences as had to tow this scooter.
    Ola customers get a salary even if they are only sleeping and never reply to customers' grievances and complaints.
    Ola should stop manufacturing these scooters as it is not their cup of tea. Only harassing customers by selling their faulty scooters.

    Unpredictable scooter. You are going to take a risk riding this scooter as it may halt on-road with an unreliable battery. No Ola support as their customer support people are getting a salary for not replying to customers' complaints.

    I have experienced a worst services provided by the ola Coimbatore region. They were cheating the customers by giving false beliefs. When i know that i have been cheated by the company they convinced me and ask me to put a mail, still now no reply has been received. And also the product that ola s1 pro has been delivered to me. The become worse within the 10 days from the date of delivery which is driven less than 560 kms. They said road assistance will be provided at once you needed . But i got the road assistance more than after 16 hrs. from time that made a complaint. The cheating company ola better shutdown their business instead of giving false belief and worst product to the people..

    They promised a one-time charge will take 140km, but exactly it will go only 90km,, then after buying it within 27days it shows many issues through driving,, every 3 minutes it needs parking mode when I complain ola care, they are just playing with us by promising dates by dates, they didn't come to our home to take it... They didn't give service also, now the vehicle is in our garage after 152000/of investment it is no need now..Only for the fake promise of the ola scooter company.

    Worst customer service. I have ordered charger installation. It's been 1 week and no one knows which vendor going to do the installation and when he will call.
    I called customer care multiple times but had no luck.
    I would people don’t waste their money, go for some brand like honda or tvs.
    Ola is just a waste of time. Build quality is also bad.

    Pickup is good
    Parts, fit, and finish are not good quality.
    Looks like ola was made from somewhere else and pasted a branding on it.
    No service guarantee
    Stay away from this cant survive even 5 years
    All cons. You can save fuel prices for 2 years if you manage well this ola you can continue maximum of 5 years without bigger investment.

    Poor service, there is no responsible person who can resolve the issue after purchase.
    Unable to log the complaint. Ivr calls also do not even attend by the agent.
    Very very useless support.. I suggest please don't buy ola electric.
    I have wasted my time and my money.. For emergencies no support from ola scooter also service engineers.

    The vehicle is good and it is very nice to drive it. However, servicing is a very bad and costly affair. At the time of purchase, ola has mentioned that home servicing is free of cost and this was true for the initial 3 months. Now all of a sudden they have come up with a subscription package where they are charging 3 to 4k per year. This is against their initial promise and I would ask people to stop buying ola electric scooters as they are in the process of making quick money.

  • Pathetic service... Please please stay away

    They cheated customers by creating hype. It stops surely but no one attends for service. Please don’t buy.
    Customer service, they never lift. Don’t expect a service person will visit.
    They don’t respond to emails too.
    After 10 days, I tried roadside assistance, and it worked.
    But my decision is wrong with ola scooter.
    In my opinion, it’s not a reliable company, it’s to cheat on its customers.

  • Worst customer service

    Worst customer care service, it takes 30-45 mins just to get to a customer service agent, and even after that, no proper timelines are communicated. I had a minor issue with an address mismatch for my rto registration, they requested for additional documents after 3-4 days, which I shared immediately. Now even after 6-7 days, I haven't received any information regarding any process. I haven't received any call from rto registration agency which works after you provide vahan otp. I requested customer care many times to escalate my issue or get me in touch with someone who could give me a proper response. Which I always answered or the team will get in touch with you. This is the most they have talked to me. I just wondered even before getting my vehicle, it takes so much time to resolve any issues, not sure what would happen at the time of services or roadside assistance. I feel trapped by paying the whole amount, I will not recommend anyone else to get in this situation, stick to traditional 2-vehicle companies they are also providing great options now. If this gets the attention of ola management, I would really like to resolve this issue.

  • Beware and don't go for ola ev scooters

    Bad experience
    Bad experience I had with my ola s1 pro. The battery gets drained, even though showing a 50 km range balance on the scooter panel. Due to the battery not being detachable, I have faced lots of inconveniences as had to tow this scooter.
    Ola customers get a salary even if they are only sleeping and never reply to customers' grievances and complaints.
    Ola should stop manufacturing these scooters as it is not their cup of tea. Only harassing customers by selling their faulty scooters.

    Unpredictable scooter. You are going to take a risk riding this scooter as it may halt on-road with an unreliable battery. No Ola support as their customer support people are getting a salary for not replying to customers' complaints.

    I have experienced a worst services provided by the ola Coimbatore region. They were cheating the customers by giving false beliefs. When i know that i have been cheated by the company they convinced me and ask me to put a mail, still now no reply has been received. And also the product that ola s1 pro has been delivered to me. The become worse within the 10 days from the date of delivery which is driven less than 560 kms. They said road assistance will be provided at once you needed . But i got the road assistance more than after 16 hrs. from time that made a complaint. The cheating company ola better shutdown their business instead of giving false belief and worst product to the people..

    They promised a one-time charge will take 140km, but exactly it will go only 90km,, then after buying it within 27days it shows many issues through driving,, every 3 minutes it needs parking mode when I complain ola care, they are just playing with us by promising dates by dates, they didn't come to our home to take it... They didn't give service also, now the vehicle is in our garage after 152000/of investment it is no need now..Only for the fake promise of the ola scooter company.

    Worst customer service. I have ordered charger installation. It's been 1 week and no one knows which vendor going to do the installation and when he will call.
    I called customer care multiple times but had no luck.
    I would people don’t waste their money, go for some brand like honda or tvs.
    Ola is just a waste of time. Build quality is also bad.

    Pickup is good
    Parts, fit, and finish are not good quality.
    Looks like ola was made from somewhere else and pasted a branding on it.
    No service guarantee
    Stay away from this cant survive even 5 years
    All cons. You can save fuel prices for 2 years if you manage well this ola you can continue maximum of 5 years without bigger investment.

    2, no proper customer service
    3, have to wait for 50 minutes to connect with the ola executive on customer care
    4, no proper response was provided by executive
    5, poor after-sales service
    6, delay in the registration process,

    Poor service, there is no responsible person who can resolve the issue after purchase.
    Unable to log the complaint. Ivr calls also do not even attend by the agent.
    Very very useless support.. I suggest please don't buy ola electric.
    I have wasted my time and my money.. For emergencies no support from ola scooter also service engineers.

    The vehicle is good and it is very nice to drive it. However, servicing is a very bad and costly affair. At the time of purchase, ola has mentioned that home servicing is free of cost and this was true for the initial 3 months. Now all of a sudden they have come up with a subscription package where they are charging 3 to 4k per year. This is against their initial promise and I would ask people to stop buying ola electric scooters as they are in the process of making quick money.
